This Firestone is excellent. Keith is an asset to the team- I went to a Grease Monkey to get my oil changed and unfortunately they put something back on wrong (I don’t recall what but my car wasn’t accelerating). I went to Grease Monkey multiple times and they weren’t able to figure out what they did wrong. I took it to Keith at Firestone and he had me in/out in 20 minutes! Super kind and knowledgeable :)

I took my car in last Thursday and they did a diagnostic. I was told that my car was showing 2 codes but Alex had said that his family member with the same car as me and this valve cover that needed to be replaced should take care of the issue. They replaced it Friday, I was told the check engine light was off and not throwing codes..great! I brought the car home Saturday morning. Sat morning I’m told the car is rubbing great, that they test drove it 6 times between when the work was done and I picked it up..no more issue. Didn’t run it again until the afternoon of Sunday, where the issue that brought me to them happened again. The car stalled. I took it to a Firestone closer to my house who said there was a loose hose in the throttle body. Sadly that didn’t fix the issue either. However, I spent $920 for them to replace a valve cover and fix a leak. For them to tell me this is a common problem with the kind of car I have. For them to tell me they test drove the car 6 times (there’s no way they did since the car crapped out again on Sunday). I called this Firestone right away on Monday to let them know what happened, and by Wednesday I called asking to speak to a manager to discuss my dissatisfaction with the whole thing. It’s now Friday and I have yet to hear from a manager. I’m very disappointed that I’m taking my money they were so eager to talk to me on the phone. But now that I have a real complaint they won’t pick up a phone and call me to discuss further.

I had to switch Firestone locations because the one I've used downtown for the past 15 years was bought by the city, probably to overbuild more apartments. However, I was very satisfied with my visit to this location. I had an appointment for 9:00 A.M. and they were done with my vehicle within about 90 minutes-- tire rotation and balancing, alignment, oil change, and new blades. They readily honored the coupons that I had printed off of the Firestone website. The only suggestion I have is perhaps an electronic bell for the front door, to let someone know a customer has entered. I stood at the counter for about 8 minutes until someone finally looked up from their phone and came in from the garage to help me. Other than that, I will patronize this location from here on-- there are stores and fast food across the street while waiting for your vehicle.

The service was amazing, and they informed me that car was having issues that were covered under warranty and though they could fix it, it would be better if I took it to the dealership and had them complete the service. The team here always works hard, and I’ve had nothing but good experiences. A few years back, management wasn’t the best — but under the new leadership, things have completely turned around. They definitely don’t deserve the negative reviews floating around. They’re always generous and flexible with my schedule. I usually drop my car off the night before, and it’s ready by 6 p.m. the next day — super reasonable, especially considering how short-staffed they are (and that’s not the establishment’s fault). The crew that’s there hustles hard and genuinely cares. Give them some credit — they’re doing an awesome job!

I recently brought my car in for an oil change and ended up having quite the saga. Somehow the car started leaking oil and I had to bring the car back a few times before it was finally fixed. That was less than ideal, for sure, but accidents happen and they took full ownership of the issue. They replaced the oil pan, twice, and reinstalled it a few times until they got it right. They even covered a rental car while they fixed it. They never once gave me a hard time or tried to tell me it was something I did. Couldn't have asked for better customer service through it all.

He even told me when to schedule my appointment during a promotion so I could save some money. 2 hours after appointment time my old tires hadn't even been pulled off my car. I asked him for the tires only and told him I will take them to the tire shop up the street and get them installed in a half hour. That's exactly what I did. Saved money too since there weren't tons of fees on top of the tire charge. The guy was nice about it but dang i don't have 5 hours to get my tires changed out.

These guys took super good care of me getting to the bottom of what I thought was a wheel speed sensor. I have a trip to Utah for work in the morning and was in a lunch these guys saved my butt!! Didn’t charge me an arm and a leg and really worked to figure out what was wrong with my truck. ABS light on, BRAKE light on, traction control light on, and 2wd to 4wd isn’t working… they went above and beyond! Will definitely be back here!!
