It took Jared an hour and a half to do my oil change. Not sure why on earth it would take that long. I do not recommend coming here unless you want to wait forever for something that should take 30 minutes max. Not to mention the fact that it costs $90. My family has had good experiences here in the past, maybe i just got lucky with the worst employee idk. I directed the lady next to me to go to grease monkey and i’ll be doing the same next time.

Took car in for new tires and an alignment. First, they did not put the alignment on the service ticket so they kept my car an additional day so they could perform the alignment. Then they gave me car back and none of the air pressure stem tops were on the car. I stopped for gas next to the tire shop and noticed so I turned around. Next, the car drove horribly causing my teeth to chatter as I got to highway speeds. Then the TPMS did not reset. I took it back to the shop and they re-balanced the tires and told me to drive it some more to reset the TPMS. The re-balancing fixed the issue with the teeth chattering but despite driving it the TPMS would not calibrate. I then took it back to them and they inspected it and said that the TPMS on one tire now had a dead battery and that I needed to pay $160+ to get it replaced. When asked why my TPMS on a 3 year old car had worked prior to them replacing the tires, they claim that nothing they do touches or effects the sensor. I find the "coincidence" very hard to believe. Disappointing experience as I usually take my Fleet car here. No more - I would not recommend.

Absolutely fantastic! The phrase above and beyond doesn’t quite give enough credit to the fine gentlemen here at this Firestone location. Jamison was more than knowledgeable and between Dale and the other mechanics, my vehicle received the highest level of service in a timely manner. Besides the new tires and some regular maintenance, Jamison went completely out of his way to help me order some brand new rims that truly gave my humble red taco an exquisite new look she more than deserved. Once the new wheels arrived they even installed them for free, I could not be happier and cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks again guys!

Came for a lifetime alignment service yesterday and had several issues. 1) they couldn’t find me in the computer and gaslighted me into almost believing I didn’t have this lifetime alignment. Finally got it figured out after about 15 minutes. Technology is hard but gaslighting isn’t necessary. 2) he went to pull the car into the bay and it “couldn’t start” the technician tried cranking it 10-15 times before I came over and I stopped him. He said “ looks like you need more than an alignment!!”. No sir.. everything is fine. I was able to troubleshoot the problem and get it started 3) 2.5 hours later I was on my way home and realized it was pulling to the other side and shaking now. So we called the other Firestone ( which I’ll be leaving a 5 star review for soon) and they readjusted the alignment this morning since it was NOT aligned. I realize people make mistake and aren’t always the best at their job, but the attitude that I was crazy and had never been to a Firestone before and that my car was broken when none of this was the case, just put a bad taste in my mouth. Normally this wouldn’t be as much of an issue but I told them we were going a cross country roadtrip the next day and stressed the importance of safety.

We had new rims and tires installed at a competitor today. Just to have a tire pop on us during the maiden voyage. Firestone was our closest tire shop that was still open. We arrived 30 minutes before closing. I called ahead that we were on the way with a flat. Jameson and Zack helped us right away. They didn't have any 37" in stock, but they installed our 33" spare and made sure to check our tire pressure. They were awesome! So very helpful. They completely saved our bacon.

This firestone location is the best i've ever been to. It was the Day After Christmas, and I had a screw and washer embedded into my tire. I called Firestone at 7 AM when they opened And told them I needed a repair ASAP.As I am a rideshare driver and didn't want to miss out on my schedule rides. They repaired my tire within an hour, and I was back on the road. So grateful for the 2 employees that were working that morning, one was running the front end, and 1 was repairing vehicles in the back. Best two man team i've ever seen at a tire and repair service station.

If I could give this location negative stars, I would. I called before having my car towed to this location on Friday. I was told by the employee that the work would be done and my car would be ready on Saturday. Saturday came and went and after calling several times through out the day, still no car. I went to the location at 3:00 on Saturday and was promised in person that my car would absolutely be done today, Sunday. I expressed that I had to have it back and fixed and I would take it somewhere else if they couldn't do it. I called Sunday morning to be told that no one is even working today that could do the job and when I asked to speak to a manager or have a manager call me back, I was told that wouldn't happen today either. The gentleman I spoke to today even said that the guy should have completed the work yesterday. Thanks for the info but that really does nothing to solve the issue today!! Honesty is absolutely the best policy when a customer expressed the importance of having their car fixed by a certain time. I called and stopped in to relay that point several times and was lied to every time. I'm now have bigger issues because I couldn't take it anywhere else to get fixed and I have an obligation at 4:30 am Monday morning and have no way to do anything about it. Thanks so much Firestone staff. I will be having to pay to have my car towed again elsewhere Monday morning and will not be using or recommending any Firestone location. It is my starter that needs replacing..not a small ticket item!!

My experience here was fraudulent and unprofessional. If you want an honest mechanic don’t go here. I brought my car in and explained I had a pretty bad oil leak. I said I believed it was the oil pressure switch, as that is the highest point the oil was visible. I left the car with them to run a diagnostic to confirm. I received a call back that it was not the oil pressure switch but the VVT housing. They said it would be 10 days before they could complete the repair because they had to wait two days for the part and then the “master” mechanic, Scott, would be on vacation for a week. After 11 days I received a call that my repairs were complete and I went in to pay and receive my vehicle. After driving about 5 minutes home I looked at the supposed repair and saw that they did put an oil pressure switch on even though they had said that wasn’t what the repair was for. So I looked at the invoice online, which they didn’t show me before they had me pay at the store. It showed that I was charged for an oil pressure switch and for an $200 engine solenoid. I looked and that was not replaced. I went into the store to ask why a solenoid was listed on the invoice when that was not replaced, I was told it wasn’t the solenoid but it was the housing. I told them that the housing for the solenoid is called the VVT housing and that wasn’t replaced and it wasn’t new even though before the repair I was told that was the part that I needed and not new oil pressure switch. The manager on duty said “ how can you tell it’s not new” with a demeaning and unprofessional tone. The part had old oil and dirt all over. I have pictures of the part before I took the car in and after and it has the same dirt, same scratches, and same tool marks as the original part and obviously wasn’t replaced. The manager went to talk to the mechanic and they doubled down that it was replaced and refused to look at the part or my pictures. The manager Jorge, and the mechanic was Scott. Jorge said to come back the next day to speak with the store manager. The next day I came in to talks with the store manager. He looked at the part and said that it was replaced and new. If your a mechanic for a day you could tell easily the VVT housing had not been replaced and was not new. After telling and showing the store manager that I could see it wasn’t new, and I had photos proving it had not replaced. Dale, the store manager, reluctantly refunded the cost for the part but refused to refund labor even though the work wasn’t completed. They lied and doubled down until I told the store manager I had pictures proving the part wasn’t new. I have added the photos here showing that the VVT housing was wiped down a bit, but definitely isn’t new.

Great experience. I frequent this location quite a bit for my pickup as well as my wife’s car for tires and everything else. Dale and everyone else are absolutely great to deal with. Highly recommend Firestone destination XT tires if you do any off roading or simply need good tires for your pickup.
