While they took care of me and hooked me up with a complete set of new tires, they wrote my sale up where it was untraceable so I can not use the roadhazard benefits. I am not happy with this business and how they conduct their business. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I am giving my patronage to another certified reputable business.

I was greeted and assisted upon entering the building,they explained the benefits of the service I was receiving and the price it would cost,which was reasonable and on sale at the time. The seating area and restrooms are always clean and smell fresh.

Editing my previous review from 5 stars to 1 star. The one star is strictly for how polite Freddy was throughout the entire situation despite my frustration. I came in two Thursdays ago for both right tires to be checked out and patched/replaced if needed because there was a leak for sure in the rear right. They said the front right was perfectly fine, no nails, no leaks. They said the rear right had a nail that was too close to the sidewall so it would have to be replaced. They fast ordered one from BR for me; had it installed quickly on Saturday for me after I got off work. I paid over $240 for the REAR right tire. I was pleased with how I was serviced and was impressed that they went above and beyond for me. Fast forward a week and a half: the right rear tire is leaking again. I make an appointment for this Thursday to have it checked out; maybe a new nail appeared. I bought the warranty for the new tire so no worries if so. I waited an hour for them to tell me that the new tire I originally paid for to be put on the rear, was actually put on the front right, even though I was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. The back right is not covered under the warranty I paid for since it was put on the front, so Marcus told me I’d have to pay for service. I spent two hours at this shop being told hypotheticals of what they THINK happened to cause the mix up. There was no doubt in their minds that the correct assumption had to be that a nail appeared in the front right tire between my original Thursday appointment and Saturday, so it was replaced without being communicated on their service logs, to the front desk staff, or to me. According to them, there’s NO way the technician read the work order incorrectly and replaced the wrong tire because “they trust their technicians.” Freddy was very professional in the entire situation. My rear tire was patched free of charge despite it not being under the warranty. Freddy also gave me a coupon. I think Freddy is a fantastic customer service representative! However, I genuinely believe the technician read the work order incorrectly and switched out the wrong tire at my original service. Then the fix was to patch what was originally deemed irreparable in order to not admit fault. I paid for my rear right tire to be replaced. They replaced the wrong tire, came up with a story with no evidence to back it up, then didn’t replace the tire I paid for them to and instead put on a temporary fix. I will never come back here.

Three things went wrong: - I made an appointment via the web app, didn't get a confirmation call, so I called, spoke to a rep, confirmed my appt and service request (including the tire mode), and that it would likely be done in 1-2 hours the next day. However, when I came in, there was no record of an appointment in the system. I dropped it off anyway, assured they could get the work done. - Then when I looked at the emailed work order, I saw the wrong tire was being used - not the model that I had confirmed with the rep. I called and was told that the one I had actually requested would take another day to come in if I wanted to switch. But I was assured that the model they had would be OK. I went with the incorrect one because I needed the service to be done that day. - I was told they would do a free alignment inspection, but would confirm with me before doing the work. However, on the follow-up call, even though I told the rep over the phone NOT to do the alignment, it was done anyway, and I was charged with it. I had to refuse to pay for it, since I did not authorize it as discussed.

My best guy Brian is gone, who would’ve thought that an extension of his personality and customer service skills would be so present in the customer service technician James. His phone etiquette is phenomenal, and he gives each customer his full attention whether he’s on the telephone with them or they’re standing in front of him in the shop. From my observation, James is very good at multitasking between the phone, the shop, and in person transactions. This is not my first time observing him, and before I leave a review on any establishment I like to quietly observe from a distance with minimal interference. This is my fifth or sixth time observing James and I have come to my conclusion that this guy should do a TedTalk on customer service skills when you’re dealing with customers’ vehicles. Before I even step foot into the Firestone on Veterans, with just a phone call welcoming me to bring my vehicle in JAMES takes all of my car anxiety away. You know exactly what you will be paying for. No service will be performed without your consent, and through his communication with the servicemen he’ll let you know what services are a must, and what services could be put off for a later date if the timing is not right for you. James lets customers know about specials, coupons and other promotions before they check their cars in . I have even observed him calling customers back once he looked further into a promotion that he initially, inadvertently overlooked. I’m so lengthy with this review because I’m expressing my complete gratitude with James and his team because I have had horrible HORRIBLE mechanic experiences in the past that any type of noise I would hear coming from my vehicle would cause me to have a panic attack! Not with Firestone! I call James answers, I describe the issue(s) I’m facing and James looks up my car make and model and tells me what it could be. Thank you so much , with all my heart!

Went in due to having a couple screws and nails. The staff was extremely helpful and polite, especially "Dre". He knew exactly how to fix the tires and I was out in no time. Not only did he fix my tire but he noticed a leaking braking line which would have been a major issue had he not had a keen and knowledgeable eye. Definitely grateful. I highly recommend getting roadhazard on tires, especially if you are a frequent traveler. I highly recommend this firestone. Honestly, I hope everytime i go to this location, Dre is available to fix my vehicle. Definitely earned my trust.

Mr. James was so nice to me. I had some edger on my front tires. I bought some new tires and he said an alignment would help with the wear. It was so off and afterwards, car was driving perfectly straight. Good experience and shout out to the mechanics. and great deals too!
