Another Firestone, another fail. Came for an alignment, agreed to leave my car for the ENTIRE DAY. Person at the counter asked if there’s any other issues with my car, I told him the dashboard lights don’t turn on, I’ve tried to get it fixed and no one can figure it out. He wrote it all down in the notes. I get a call 5 hours later saying they can’t do an alignment because the dashboard lights don’t turn on. It’s impossible to do an alignment without dashboard lights, it seems. So…I could have taken my car somewhere else and gotten something done on a Saturday but these jokers wasted my whole day instead! Guess that’s my very last experience with Firestone, what a joke!!

I had a great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care. They were very professional and provided excellent service. Moe was incredible helpful and explained everything clearly! I needed an oil change, brakes and rotors - and also tires for my car. They were able to complete the work quickly and efficiently. The prices were fair, and I didn’t feel like I was being overcharged at all! I highly recommended this shop!!!!

I had a flat tire. I called Costco and they told me they could not repair my tire brand (Continental). I then called Firestone and not only they were able to repair the tire, it was done for free on a Sunday! Moe was at the front desk and he did not mention it would be no cost. So when I went to pick up my car it was a surprise. I am super thankful.

Mo is the very best!!!! Here in Newark he cleaned up the Firestone name compared to the store in Hayward. The manager in the Hayward (Julio) store needs mental help and who ever is at the top at Firestone needs to realize he is scaring the customers away because of his severe anger issues expressing how much he hates his job… I was referred by my friend to go to Newark instead. Oh my God what a world of difference. I feel like family. Firestone please get rid of Julio at the Hayward store and promote Mo in Newark. Mo gives Firestone a solid name… Julio at the Hayward honestly needs to be fired. Julio expressed he was striving for bad reviews and welcomed us to let everybody know how much he hates working for Firestone. He acts bothered by questions or pricing. Mo (Newark store) thank you for knowing the meaning of customer service. While waiting for my car I am constantly hearing him be extremely welcoming and helpful to ALL customers. I hope Julio gets his wish to be let go and spend all his time at home as he expressed. Here you got it Julio your bad review you longed to hear and a good review for Mo where credit is due…

Ive been to this Firestone on 2 seperate occasions, having a 5 star experience both times. I went to purchase new shoes for my truck, I'm talking brakes, rotors, & tires all the way around. I also had them do a wheel alignment as well as install a new bulb for my headlight. The mechanics did a phenomenal job & she rides smooth as butter. Jacob is always at the front desk running the show and thats really where the magic starts. He definitely gives that "old school" customer service compassion by being extremely knowledgeable, kind, and answering all your questions open and honestly. The pricing was easy on the pockets while still delivering quality work. Thanks fellas for all that you do!

This review is for Francisco who was absolutely amazing. I had a brake malfunction on the freeway and the brake was literally broken and went all the way down to the floor, unable to bring the car to a full stop. I luckily exited the ramp and somehow stumbled in the Firestone parking lot. While I was very startled and panicked, entering the shop close to their closing time, Francisco was tremendously helpful, calm, and friendly. He helped take a look at what the issue might be. I ultimately ended up doing the repair elsewhere but the diagnostics were done at Firestone and I was able to pick up my car in a very timely manner as promised as well. 10/10 for Francisco and the Mowry Firestone team, yall were amazing and thank you so much!
