Went to the nearby Walmart to replace punctured tires using the road hazard warranty that I bought. Walmart claimed the lug nuts were too tight to get off, so they would not help me. Went to First Auto for help and they took care of me IMMEDIATELY. They said all lug nuts were fine and Walmart was full of bs. No lug nuts were seized. They didn't have the tires in stock that I needed for replacement, so I had to drive back to Walmart to resume work on the car. First auto staff were so helpful, courteous, AND they spotted another tired that was starting to fail. They pointed it out to me so I was able to get Walmart to take care of both tires. Very helpful mechanics here that got me in and out quickly. Very good prices where they charged very little to help me out.

You would get better results and treatment from an illegal chop shop. Since June of 2018 Sam has either had our car or its been waiting to go back to him, because he billed us for a NEW transmission but insisted on running a bunch of scams to save a buck. He repeatedly installed broken, failing or CRACKED transmissions into our car "until his guy could get another one". At one point he sent us off with NO ENGINE MOUNTS installed. Our attorney has been trying to contact him for WEEKS to either put a new transmission in or cover the cost of a having it done by a REAL mechanic, but he won't let anyone answer the business line for any call outside of 949. 8 MONTHS FOR A TRANSMISSION AND RADIATOR!!!! All for what, so he could make an extra couple hundred bucks billing us for a new part, but getting it from a junkyard. May God have mercy on your soul if you take your car here.

This place is unbelievable awful! The most rude and disrespectful staff that you will ever meet. I had received suspension work at first call Auto Service. Took them over two weeks to fix. Once they finally fix my truck. I started to drive it, as I was driving I had brakes failed on me. I also had a full strut come out of its position. And also had a tire completely come off as I was driving. As I went to First Call Auto Service to talk about a refund. They cussed me out they violently rudely spoke to me. They threaten me. Ended up having call the police, I will not ever trust first call Auto Service ever!

Lifesaver's! Sam and his super nice team have come to the rescue for me more than once with what i thought were disaster's, promptly and professionally, Quickly put me at ease, repaired issues with my car that turned out minor, at a VERY fair price even quicker than I expected (even on CHRISTMAS EVE!!!) Independent auto repair shop owned by sam. Sam has lots of experience in the automotive industry. Gave him a simple job to replace tires on some rims. Unfortunately the tires did not seat onto the rim fully because of the extra strength design of the tires. Sam advised to let them sit out in the sun to let the rubber expand from the heat and seat fully onto the rim. Put them in the sun for a few minutes and they poped right into place. If I would of have given This job to another shop they would have blamed it on bad tires or rims. Sam knows what he's doing and has experienced to back it up

They have had my vehicle for a year now and will not complete my repairs. I am a single Mom and have now spent over twice what the repairs were quoted. I have been given a couple of loaner vehicles, the first with the fender zip-tied on and the and the registration was expired by three months. The second I think was another customers vehicle, which was traded out for a rental for two weeks, then that was returned and I was given his "business partners truck", which is no longer running, the registration is expired and it's sitting at my home and I they won't come pick it up nor return my vehicle! Never go to this automotive shop, they are crooked to say the least!!!

The owner "fixed my brakes". He charged me 200$ and my brakes are making horrible grinding noises and screeching when I brake. I had to bring him my car multiple times in a period of a month because he kept letting it sit there for hours without working on it and when i came back 6+ hours later he would tell me to bring it back next week with whatever excuse he had. One time he had my car from 12pm-9:30pm and did not do any work on it. He said he had to order some new brakes because the ones he originally put were "not the right ones". I brought it for the 4th time, he promised it would be done in 2 hours but he took 4 and thats cause i showed up and asked for my car, otherwise it would've been longer. And guess what?! Brakes sound terrible still! There is no point in going back and wasting time and gas anymore when he is clearly not gonna fix them right, i guess im stuck with my brakes sounding horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I recently had my car serviced by First Call Auto Service and I do not even know where to start... the customer service was on point and the technician who serviced my car was very knowledgeable. They gave me an estimate on the spot , no hidden fees. They are a very honest and they are not only take care of my car but they took care of me. Thanks for everything you guys did!!! I will definitely be using you again and will be sending my friends and family.

Sam really helped me out with my car. I came in for an AC service and inspection, which he did in under 2 hours. Throughout the process he discovered another issue with the car, that he suggested that I let him take a look at. Turns out there was an issue with my throttle, which he stayed 2 hours past closing time to finish because he knew I was leaving on a trip in a couple days. The next day, the AC started acting up again, so I called and he said to bring it in, it was already late in the day, but first thing in the morning the next day, he called and said the problem was fixed. He did not charge me for the second AC issue, and the price for the whole experience was very fair. Highly recommend taking your car here for your mechanical needs. Friendly, good prices, and solid service.

My car had some issues late one afternoon. I pulled into First Call Auto Service and was immediately helped. Not only were they helpful but they diagnosed and fixed my car within hours. Their rates were so reasonable I couldn't believe my final bill was so low. So thankful that they were able to get me back on the road the same day. New to the area and didn't have a mechanic....I do now.

This place was a life saver! My car broke down off of the 241 at 7:00pm on a Friday night. Sam and his shop were open and got me all fixed up at an excellent price. Don’t know what I would have done if they weren’t open. Sam was super great to work with as well. I will be driving out of my way from now on to go to his shop and I would recommend them to anyone

Sam & Sergio took great care of me. Sam won me over a week ago when I needed air in my tires and the Cheveon air pump was letting more air out of my tires than putting in. I tipped him generously, and he asked if I needed an oil change. I asked what if I brought in my own Motul oil, he said he would take care of me. I just went in Sat morning, Sergio changed my oil & rotated my tires. They are fair & honest. Definitely going back in the future.

1st Call Auto is GREAT! Sam is the BEST! He takes care of the routine maintenance, oil changes, and any fix for my BMW 535I. He's very knowledgeable, friendly, and doesn't try to take advantage at all! He genuinely likes to help people. He's gotten the job done effectively and efficiently every time. These guys are amazing! My brake hose broke after driving from Montana to California at 6pm, the night before I HAD to head back to Montana for work. They didn't have the part in stock, so they actually drove out to Garden Grove to look for the part at 7 o'clock at night. When no body had the part, John took the brake hose off HIS car and put it on my car! He truly went way above and way beyond to help me get back to Montana safely and on time for work. Super nice people!

Went back again for an electrical issue and the team got it done. And a set of new tires the car rides great. This place is amazing. I pulled up and spoke with the owner about a flat tire. He saw the nail was in an easy to repair spot. He dropped everything and got it repaired put back on in light speed. Great pricing and great service, I will be back here again.

Do not go here! Sam lies about absolutely everything, telling us he's working on our car and never making any progress. He doesn't pick up the phone, and has had our car for 17 months now. This past week, he had our car, as well as many others, towed and now we have to pay to get them out of impound. Also discovered that he was evicted from his business space and may not be in business anymore. We trusted this business and are out many thousands of dollars and have nothing to show for it.

I went to the store early in the morning, and the computer found a fault. Sam said it could be repaired today. Then when I came back in the evening, Sam told me that it would be repaired and it would cost $1,600. Of course I won't agree. I paid them $200. Then when I drove home, I obviously found that my car was damaged,The red pointer on the left could not be zeroed, and the throttle was weak.broke my key! This is a store without professional ethics, this is a shop with backward technology, this is a store without faith!! Wish God redeem them
