Would not reccommend. I paid $25 for wash and shine package. My car looked like it hadn't even been cleaned they did a horrible job vacuuming (it looked like someone just took a rush buster to my car...) and there was still bird poop and leaves on my car almost like It hadn't even been washed. I now am going to go back out and do it myself. I don't normally write negative reviews but the work they did was so bad I hope no one else wastes their money.

I took my car there and purchased the Custom interior detail package for $129.00 on Nov. 6th. This includes a full interior detailing only. My car wasn't super dirty. Just the normal dust and dirt build up. I did have some coffee stains on my passenger seat and a couple on the back seat. The older male employee stated the stains may come back when they dried, but to bring it back and they would fix it and make it right. After the all of my seats dried, there was now a white milky residue. Almost like dried soap that wasn't there before. Even on my driver's seat that had no stains at all. My passenger seat where the coffee stain was, relocated to the crease of the seat along with the white residue. It looks terrible. I returned my car back to them the following week to express my being dissatisfied with how this turned out. The same older guy said he warned me this would happen, but there was nothing he could do to resolve it. My seats are a light gray color and they look terrible. I now have stains on my seats that weren't there before and the older guy would do anything to fix it nor did he even care. I will never use this business ever again and will warn others of my personal experience. Very poor customer service and once they have your money, they're done with you. If you have a complaint, they won't do a thing to make it right. Stay away from this place!! I will go elsewhere for any car cleaning services I need. I figured I would give them a try, but they failed me.

"Consistantly" the best full service car wash I've used in FM. And, THEY DO TESLAS. Not all car washes know how to do them correctly. Nice folks working there.

I have been to a lot of car washes in Fort Myers and First Class is the BEST. I have a Dalmatian…the amount of dog hair and sand that accumulates in my car every week is crazy, and I am always beyond impressed at how thoroughly they clean my car. I never expect for it to be perfect, and yet they do a consistently phenomenal job every single time. Their staff is nice and friendly and they have a wonderful assortment of greeting cards, too! Highly recommend!! 5 stars!!!

First time using them my inside car was really dirty and the outside I decided to try them because of the other one I’ve used did a lousy job. The staff was great. Only suggestion would be to have more staff to clean the cars after it goes through the wash. But it only took 45 minutes I will go again just hope they keep it up and do a good job all the time. My car looked new they did a super job.

All around, great experience! Purchased the super clean detail package and given a 2 hr timetable. Not only was my car finished on time, it's as clean as the day I bought it. My 2 year old son and newly adopted golden retriever were no match for first class car wash!!!

The most rude young lady at the front desk. When I questioned her about an extra 5 dollar charge for removing some bugs from the windshield she called me cheap. I have been coming here for the better part of 10 years and never heard this before. I have always tipped very well. This is my last visit.

Do not go here! What a terrible experience. Waited extremely long for car wash and when we finally got the car back looks like they didn't even clean it. When we talked to the manager he shrugged and said sorry. The workers told us to pay more money before they clean it. Will be disputing this on credit card since manager refused to give money back.

This place is amazing they work so hard always service with a smile!!! I wanna give a shout out to MYKALA and MIA for their sweet disposition no matter how crazy busy they get they are always so sweet these two sisters OK I know their not but they certainly look a lot a like and are always on their game as so are the other employees who work hard to make sure your car is exceptionally perfect to your standard. Sweet TUESDAYS is ALWAYS $5.00 off. Don’t forget to tip their worth it.
