We were from out of state and camping up on a mountain and our generator went out. We were still under warranty and called our dealer to get info on where to go. So we called Jayco and he did some research for us and gave us First Class Truck & Auto Service, told us they could get us in tomorrow. When we got there they were able to take a look at it and go ahead get it fixed for us. Pat is an awesome technician! Everyone there was super friendly and accommodating. We would recommend them highly!

It's been almost a year now and i just remembered that i didnt post a review here. DONT COME HERE FOR AC WORK. I brought my camaro to get the ac diagnosed and when i got it back, it had a broken schrader valve service port and they removed all my refrigerant and the lady owner tried denying it all "i know my worker and he didnt touch your system" when on the receipt it basically said they put gauges on the system so thats a complete lie and in the process broke a schrader valve that ive never touched AND tried to upsell me stuff i didnt need! Like a new pressure line with sensors and valves because "they are all leaking" when ill i did was put new shrader valves and service ports and whoopty doo it's been working just fine. I dont get why they have to just lie lie and lie instead of being like "hey we messed up, lets replace this 50cent schrader valve that we broke and get your refrigerant back to where is was when you came in"

I switched to First Class recently for my oil changes for my ‘16 4Runner because it’s sometimes hard to trust the dealerships to do a good job. I just went to First Class for my 2nd oil change with them and then also got a transmission service/flush. We had a couple miscommunications on timing and price but they made it right and they are willing to go the extra step to keep customers happy. I do feel like I can trust them to take care of my maintenance, because they are willing to talk through issues. I will keep bringing my vehicle to them.

The experience I had with First Class Truck and Auto Service was one of the BEST experiences I’ve had with an auto repair service. Carla was kind and helpful. Mike was knowledgeable and obviously passionate about his work. I am not from the area and it felt like I’d been taking my car to them for years…highly recommended and I will take my car to them for any repairs that may need to be done each time I visit the area! took my car in ( very prompt appointment access) for "Thorough" Inspection. Received a "Comprehensive" Report / Listing on ALL the points / areas of inspection. Also, an "adjustment was made on the "Suspension" System component that cleared a noise. Further diagnosis was done to "potentially" fix the A/C - a damaged Unit was found and an estimate on the " Repair" was provided. OverALL - pleased with "the" Service.

Dropped wifes 2010 Subaru at First Class for A/C service. The girl at the check in counter called later to tell me it was low on refridgerent and a shrader valve was leaking, and the bill for serviceing the a/c would be $470.00 and some change! Here is how it broke down: $150. for the diognistic, $320. for servicing the a/c, and no charge for the shrader valve. When I complained about paying for the diognastic plus the servicing of the a/c I was told that they had to pay there employees. I declined the repair, and was just gonna pay the $150.00 diagnosis and get it done sonewhere else where they would do the whole job for $220. + or - a bit depending on amount of freon. Pat, the owner offered the diagnostic for free,,, if I never came back. No problem with that.

Came in to get a diagnostic for a ESC light on my car. They went above and beyond with the diagnostic and told me about an airbag issue and that it was under warranty.
