Called and talked to Steve. My car shredded the alternator belt, I was stuck at work in the middle of nowhere (desoto, KS.) I picked up the parts and belt I needed and an alternator just in case. I called these guys up on a Friday night a 9pm. My family was in Olathe when the alternator on my van blew. These guys showed up to our house the next morning and worked to fix that issue. He even went the extra mile to help put on another part that needed to be replaced while he was there. That part didn't go as planned. The mechanic that came had other commitments that day which scared the heck out of me. I thought is he coming back, is he just gonna bounce and say "I came to get the alternator done and that's what I did". He CAME back which is not what many would have done. Worked his tail off to finish the project and my family was able to drive home. Communication could be a little better but it wouldn't have been a problem had I been there. More of a lack of phone use than anything. I won't dock anyone for that. Heck when your hands are covered in grease probably not the easiest thing to do is text. I appreciate this company!!! Thanks for getting my family back on the road!

He came by TAPPED on my starter....said he be would back and wouldn'tleave me stranded....I offered to pay him ... he NEVER CAME BACK... He lied to me. Then didn't answer my texts or calls anymore.....guess MY money wasn't "good enough" if ya know what I mean.....

We were in town on vacation and my vans alternator went out. He came to our motel within 2 hours of me calling him and got it replaced. Once he left the battery light came back on and I called him back not knowing if he’d answer or come back but not only did he come back he stuck around till 1030 pm trying to figure the problem out. The next day he came back out at 8 am and replaced our battery which was also 4-5 years old and the store said needed replaced. The battery light was still on after that so he decided to replace the alternator again and got us a brand new one instead of rebuilt one, and that solved our problem. He was given a faulty alternator from the store and had to replace it twice and didn’t charge us for more labor. He is EXTREMELY helpful and if you need a guy you can trust to get the job done right use him!

Update: The same car broke down a week later in another parking lot with a different issue, and once again we called Steve came out and fixed it again!! Steve is the real deal. No nonsense and know what he is doing. Nice people like him are rare. I appreciate his service so much! If I could give 10 stars I would! We contacted Steve at 8:00am on a Saturday, he made an appointment to be at the car that was broken down at 11:00am. He was nice, showed up and fixed the car ( stranded in a parking lot) and got it running in an hour! He is going in my phone contact as a reliable mechanic who did not charge and arm and a leg AND we didn't have to have the car towed! Thank you Steve!!!! It really meant alot that you showed up for them.
