My name is LaVern Turner, I had a great buying experience. My salesperson, Rebecca Ivie, was very patient with me, professional, knowledgeable, and answered ALL of my questions. Definitely will return and look for Rebecca when I'm ready for an upgrade. Purchased a 2023 Hyundai Sante Fe. Great customer service. Purchased my vehicle without going into the dealership. The process was quick! Rebecca the sales queen, and Thomas, the finance guru, did their thing!! Oh, let me not forget the delivery guys were knowledgeable and professional. Great job, Five Star Hyundai. I live about 90 minutes away and didn't have to go in. I described what I wanted, and Rebecca made it happen. I will be back!!

I don’t give them any stars but because they won’t post this unless I give them at least one star. They did absolutely nothing to my car and they had it for 5 days. Then never called me back after 48hrs, they received my car via tow and I picked up with the same mileage on it after they gaslighted me telling me the technician drove my car multiple times to get the transmission light to come on and they never did and I have pictures to prove. I would never use this company again and or send anyone to get their car worked on or buy from this place ever. They are the absolute worse and I can’t believe they would risk someone’s life, so they didn’t have to do any work. This is a very sad and disappointing place.

Fell in love with the new Santa Cruz at first sight. Started looking around online to see what was near dublin and get an idea about financing and trading in my compass. Found the one I wanted at 5 star. Rebecca called me and set up an appontment to meet with Jada. I was a few minutes late getting out of my eye exam but they waited for me. Jada was amazing and Ben worked out all of the paperwork. They both stayed past closing to make sure that I could leave with the keys to my new truck. The purchasing experience from start to finish was phenomenal.

9/9/23, my car was dropped off for repairs. 9/15/23, no callback about repairs, I visited the dealership to get my car charger and noticed a chunks of paint missing from my door. 9/20/23 with still no update about my damaged door, I visited the dealership again, that visit involved the Manager John blowing me off and a Technician Dylan McMinn, "PUTTING HIS HAND IN MY FACE". Never has The Manager John admitted the damages were done there and he would be fixing my door at the goodness of his heart. Working with dealership to fix my door, I cancelled my repairs, now I just want my door like it was before going there. STAY AWAY!!! Will update after my visit today 9/22/23, received a call yesterday, my door was fixed in 2 hours, hard to believe. UPDATE: car has been picked up, I wasn't greeted nor seen the other participants from my last visit, just Jared my Service Advisor and they attempted to fix my damaged door, paint looks spot on but there's a small dot/hole where the damage was located, you have to can see it up close and feel it your fingers, now the finished product is another story, over-spray and tape residue over my windshield, door, and moulding around my windshield. Now, I have invest in razor blades, soapy water, and my time on my day off from work and hope I can get all the over-spray and residue off my car. Thanks Hyundai for Warner Robins for doing more damages to my car. Pics attached. NOTE TO EVERYONE: video around your vehicle and discuss this with your Service Advisor upon dropping your vehicle off at dealerships because they will/try to bully you and mistreat you, especially Hyundai of Warner Robins. I have been dealing with dealerships for 30+ yrs and never received this treatment.

Really wish I could give 0 stars. I have a 2020 white Hyundai Tucson that I purchased from this dealership. The paint has been peeling off in sheets and when I called I was made aware that there is a white paint warranty on my car as this is a Hyundai issue not a me issue. They told me they are not able to help I would need to go to Macon. Since then I have fought and fought with corporate with no luck in anything being solved. This dealership got my money and has left me stranded now with no help. Even when I would try to make a service appt for little things like an oil change I’d have to say I wanted to buy a new car to get anyone on the phone. All they care about is the sale not caring for their customers. Do not buy from five star Hyundai Warner Robins - better yet don’t buy a Hyundai at all.

We had a great experience at 5 star hyundai of Warner Robins. Yanna showed us several vehicles and did an excellent job explaining the options. We appreciated her patience and most of all not being pushy. We would definitely recommend Yanna and 5 star to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Husband and I bought a car from them back in the beginning of September. Right away, we should’ve known something was up because when we showed up for our appointment, the person we were scheduled with was out of office. We went ahead with viewing the car and decided to get it. We drove it for less than 3 weeks before it started having issues. It was still under a 2,000 mile warranty, so we took it in. Found out the 3rd cylinder was cracked, and the engine needed to be replaced. The warranty company refused to do the repair until they saw the UCI vehicle inspection report. It was not provided to us at the time of purchase. We called Five Star, and they said the person who could provide that report was not in the office. So both my husband and the repair shop spent over a week playing phone tag to get the UCI report. The issue was not listed on the report, but the warranty company tried to claim it was and not cover it. Long story short, they couldn’t prove it was a preexisting issue, so the engine was finally replaced. We JUST got our car back 3 days ago. It was at the repair shop for an entire month. When we got it home, we noticed that the temporary tag that Five Star Hyundai had provided when we purchased it had been expired for 3 WHOLE WEEKS and we never received our permanent tag. We called them and, OF COURSE, the person who handles that was not in the office. We left a message 2 days ago, and haven’t heard back. So ONCE AGAIN, we are left unable to drive the car we bought from them. I’ve NEVER had these kinds of issues with a car dealer before! Even my experience with Carmax was better than this! We thought that going to a “more reputable” dealership would mean a better and more professional experience, but we could not have been more wrong! Think twice before buying here!

Do not purchase a car from this dealership. The worst customer service and after purchase care I have ever experienced. The dealership failed to register my car within the 45 days of the temporary tags in the sales person has not responded to text messages to assist me in getting my car registered. As a service member I will be reaching out to my legal office for assistance

Great New Car Buying Experience! Hayden was a great pressure-free salesman who took wonderful care of us while shopping for our daughter's vehicle. We were in a deal with another dealer, but Hayden and the sales team worked with us and came up with a deal that we like enough to walk away from the other dealer. The only problems we came across with the car when we got home were that the radio antennae had not been installed and some leftover sticky material from the shipping foam attached to one of the doors had not been removed. Both were easy fixes for us and we understood that the car had just come off of the delivery truck, so neither were big deals. The main facility was under construction, and the sales team was working from temporary shelter-type structures; however, this did not limit the sales team in taking care of us. Otherwise, the entire experience was better than almost any we have had in the past. We purchased a new 2022 Hyundai Accent, which turned out to be a great smooth-riding car for our daughter. With the extra warranty time and service contract, this was a great deal for us.

Amazing! She got both me and my brother a great deal on our cars at the same time and was determined to get us the best deal she could. Highly recommend.

From the beginning of the process to after we have purchased the vehicle, Five Star and their staff have gone and continue to go above and beyond. Five Star went and did the research to find us vehicles that matched what I was looking for and sent each to me with price points and payment options. When we found one that was perfect, they had us come down, on our schedule, to test drive and discuss. The salesman, Mark Nance, answered every question, found answers to the very few he didn’t know, and was completely no pressure! In fact, he told me, if I wasn’t happy, they’d continue to help me as long as I trusted and wanted them to find me a vehicle. They understood this was a big purchase and held the car so I could take a break and eat lunch while I called my insurance company! When I returned, they were right there for me! Again, I was greeted with hospitality and care, not “are you ready to sign?!”. Five Star still had to clean and inspect and do all their administrative work prior to selling…but when all was final, they asked if they could deliver the vehicle so I didn’t have to drive so far back. (They literally drove an hour to drop my new vehicle off, full tank of gas, and pick up my trade in!!!). The car delivery gentleman was so polite, asked if I was familiar with everything, and gave me some insight into new features. It was really the most enjoyable experience I have ever had with a car dealer and this is why we continue to go back! Since my vehicle was purchased (and this is the 3rd we have bought from Five Star), Mark Nance, the salesman, has checked on me to make sure I’m happy and see if I need anything! I’m loving my vehicle and will continue as I feel like I’m cared for and my happiness is a their priority!

Where do I start. I got stuck in Georgia with a blown engine on a two year old Santa criuz. It took 2 weeks before they would even look at the car . The service guy at the time had the personality of a rock . It took almost three months before they fixed my vehicle and got it back to me. I got it back dirty and with some scratches where they tried to take bumper off to make repairs. There’s so much more to the story but I’ll stop there . If your Hyundai breaks down don’t take it here!

Avoid this dealer and the whole ALM group of dealerships. Once they sell you a car they will cut all ties. They let temp tags expire, they refused to return phone calls and give you the run a round if you show up in person. It would be worth driving to a different state to buy a car than go here.

Service personnel are nice but here’s the thing, they need to hire new mechanics. This is my second oil change on a new car where I’ve had to top off my own fluids….. Not to mention they don’t bother to reset something as simple as the service reminder. Other services were recommended but there’s no way they think I trust them with a major service when the mechanic won’t do the simple things right. Just because I’m a woman, don’t assume I don’t check everything the minute I leave a repair shop. The only reason I even bother to take my car there is because my oil changes are free but at this point I could honestly do it myself considering they do the bare minimum.

Bought a new 2025 Kona ,7 months ago and had a great experience. I came back on June 17 to trade in the vehicle for a bigger one. Everything good until the vehicle was handed to me, it had some cosmetic defect that the manager told me he will take care of, but when I was told to come back to see if they can fix the issue they refuse to fix it. I had to file a complaint with Hyundai Customer Care, now I'm waiting for the decision. I don't recommend this dealership the sales manager only cares about the sales, not the customer after you signed the contract.

Went to get service and found out they just fired my favorite and most professional advisor Mr. Eric. I will not be getting service here anymore after seeing that the people im used to dealing with get fired or leave. I have heard also that they went downhill after they changed to ALM. Eric is the reason me and my family were loyal to this former five start location now ALM

I can only post this if I give a star. 0 STARS is my true reflection of the Service staff excluding Lisa and the 2 other gentlemen that were present. I called Hyundai and I spoke with Tia the receptionist. She was supposed to relay a message to Tony Adside in Service stating I was coming to pick up my vehicle at 1pm today. This message was never given. I arrived at the time I gave. Tony Adside was nowhere to be found. We he finally arrived; he had no idea why I was there. I told him I wanted to pick up my vehicle. He leaves for another 10 minutes only to come back and tell me my car was not ready and had to be reassembled. There was no apology for the miscommunication or time wasted on my end. I was met with blunt rudeness. I addressed the lack of quality the service team provided and Tony made the snarky comment "next time you buy a used car, do your research." Mind you, the vehicle in question is a Hyundai Sonata. Tony Adside literally told me I should've done my research about a brand that he is the face of. He insinuated I didn't conduct checks on the vehicle I purchased and projected blame on me for Hyundai's lack of accountability. As I was leaving, I pulled up my pants and pulled down my sweatshirt which revealed my holstered firearm. At that point, I was physically charged by Tony Adside and he had to be restrained by 3 of his coworkers. I made no violent gestures towards anyone and although I was exiting the building with my back turned to him, Tony Adside proceeded to try and fight through his coworkers. Tia eventually apologized to try and diffuse the situation and get me out of the office but at that point, the damage was done. The service manager Lisa stepped in and did damage control and did offer some reconciliation and resolution. However, I would not recommend Five Star Hyundai Service at the Warner Robins location. They lack communication, accountability, organization, professionalism, the ability to take ownership and the ability accept constructive criticism without losing sense of their own self-control and acting irrationally out of ego.

Five stars across the board! I came in to get my vehicle serviced and the process was fast and easy. The staff was welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived. Demarkus was a huge help in the service department, and Big A took the time to walk me through options and future purchasing terms. Great customer service all around—highly recommend!

Leaving on Behalf of Annie Harris. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such an amazing experience working with Demarcus. He was truly an answered prayer. From start to finish, he was professional, patient, provided exceptional customer service, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find someone who not only does their job well but does it with integrity and kindness.
