Life Saver! Thank you so much for your help today! My car was clipped by another vehicle while I was parallel parking. My whole bumper was hanging on by a tiny piece. I called Five Z's and spoke to Steve. He immediately walked over to where my car was located (Dunkin Donuts) and helped me with my vehicle. Without his help, I wouldn't have been able to drive home today - and would have had to have my car towed. Thanks for saving me lots of money and aggravation today. We brought this car to Walter to have him fix the ABS light, traction control light, brake lights & hazard lights which were all flashing on the car. He kept the car for a day and ended up calling us and telling us that he could not fix it and that we had to take it to a "hybrid specialist" and that he was not familiar with working on our Toyota Prius. He ended up charging us $430.06 to replace a part that he thought was the problem. He then claimed that that part was necessary to be replaced because it had went bad. After taking it to another mechanic after Walter he told us the same exact thing, that he couldn't fix the car. We now have taken it to a Toyota dealership who told us exactly what the problem was the entire time. It had nothing to do with the initial part that Walter had replaced. I called Walter to tell him that the money that I had spent with him was a waste because it did not fix my initial problem. He still claimed that the part was bad and that it had to be fixed. I don't believe that the part was bad at all I believe he was trying to fix a problem and was unfamiliar with how to do it so he was changing out parts. Even if the part was bad it had no bearing on the fact that my hazard lights and all of the other lights were on and that was the original problem that I needed fixed. I look at this as stolen money and will take it up with the credit card company. I called Walter to tell him all of this and he had nothing to say about it. No offer of a refund or a credit in any way shape or form. I just wanted to say again that Walter specifically told me AFTER he took my car into his care that he is not a "hybrid specialist" and therefore can't do any work on the car. I hope this review helps someone.

My family has been using Five Zs for decades. They are honest, they always fix the problem and are professional. I might say they are priced a little high, but, if so, it is worth paying a little more for the quality and reliability of the repairs. I would not trust my car with anyone else.

I had an issue with my car that I brought to 6 other shops and not a single one of them could figure out what it was. My car felt very unsafe for 10 months and finally I came across Walter at 5z’s. I told him about my issue and he found it so quick and didn’t even charge me for it!
