Definitely watch out for this place been here twice and both times left deep scratches on the doors and wheel wells on the left hand side.. They will not help if this happens I have called and left messages and no one responds

Very dissatisfied. I spent $45 on a monthly membership for this. I went through TWICE and it didn’t even wash the back of my car. The sides aren’t even as clean as they should be either. Save your money and go to a better car wash. One that washes your WHOLE car.

If I was able to give less than 1 star I will. I took my car for a complete detailing bumper to bumper this past Saturday. After having the car for more than three hours and 90$ out of my pocket, I came back to find the seats exactly as they were, floor mats still dirty and besides the initial car wash nothing of value. Save your money and go somewhere else. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE Pics to document everything

I like the place and staff are friendly. However, they sometimes pre-rinse the car, but mostly they don’t. The vacuums are not always working.

Oh if I can rate this place any lower I would. The have 0 customers service. They have 0 customer skills. I wasted 2 and 1/2 hours of my life waiting for a 200.00 interior detailing just for it to not happen. I had to wave someone down just to even ask who do I set an appointment with and I get looked at like im stupid. I was told come back at 2pm. So I did just that. I was told it would take about 2 hours. I was fine with that. I pull in and now im being told it will be 4 hours to service because its not a car its a mini van. If they had customer service those question could have been asked in the beginning. I will never waste a single penny at this place

The car wash just opened on this day and was having specials, so we ended up with a free wash (the works) . The wash came out great because of the great facilities. I also found the workers to be very helpful and nice.

I went to the car wash today and out of my many times of going, I’ve never had poor customer service than today, The ladies that take the card told me that I couldn’t go through the car wash with a tow hitch on my truck, which for a customer that did not know because allegedly it’s now in policy should’ve went through that one time and the next time would be aware for me to go with The tow hitch off. I’ve worked customer service for many years and would never treat a customer like that.

Free vacuum is great for most spaces in the car. The $12 wash was okay. Doesn’t really clean windows & left some soap on the car. I think it’d be more effective if the process was a couple minutes rather than about 60 seconds. I chose the cheapest option so maybe others are better.

Drove 20 mins to try this place. Fancy doesn’t mean better. My car was still dirty in some spots. Staff is courteous. Yes fast. Vacuum is free but self-service. For the same price, there’s a spot in Cranston that does the outside AND inside and your car leaves a lot cleaner!!

Love the multiple cloth brushes they use for the wash! Not a dirty spot left on the car! I just wish they had more of a rinse because there is some soap residue left on the car.

Car wash damaged my headlight, popped it out of place causing the waterproofing gasket to pop out of place which now leads to internal water damage to the headlight, and than Saul calls me and says they will not accept responsibility nor pay for the repair cost.

Tried Flash Car Wash in Johnston for the first time in a while and was just ok. The cheapest wash was $12, which is more than double what I usually pay at a different location in Cranston. I expected it to be a bit more expensive, but not by that much. It’s clear they’re trying to push people into their subscription model. The wash itself was fine, but definitely not worth the cost.

I e been coming to this car was regularly for a few years and although I’d had issues in the past with low suction vacuum & the wash not being so great as I’ve always had to go thru twice, they have since gotten better . So much so I deleted an earlier review.. Not bc it was negative, it was just my opinion and it was spoken respectfully. It was bc someone actually did something and it hasn’t gone unnoticed..🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Katy&walter The manager of the car wash if you look at my photos even he gets down and dirty that’s how much he cares about his customers. I was not 100% happy. I was 97% happy they made it where I was 100% happy by helping detail my car actually they are absolutely amazing. I have said it before I will say it again Walter runs the best car washes that’s why there’s thousands of people a day coming through here come to this location you will not be disappointed. I don’t give out five star reviews lightly but I’m telling you right now this place deserves five stars or more. Don’t listen to any review that is a one star that’s a disgruntled employee. I guarantee it because if you read what they say, it has nothing to do with the car wash. I have the diamond plan and it’s worth every penny cause you can go through whenever you want like I said look at the photos even the manager is cleaning my car and I drive a brand new BMW M2 so trust me when I tell you they are very good and I trust them with my car so come on down. I’m telling you they will make your car look brand new.
