The young woman attendant was awesome, Friendly and cheerful. Unfortunately the actual Car Wash itself needs improvement. My rims that were barely dirty didn't even come out clean at all and one of the rotating brushes bent my license plate completely in half. It's a brand new car so I know for sure that the plate was bolted on secure.

Awesome car wash- was expecting a sales pitch right off the bat but was happily surprised I didn’t get one! I live paycheck to paycheck and getting my car washed is a luxury item for me. Will be coming here from now on!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I took my truck through for the first time on Monday. I paid $25 for the Diamond wash, which included "Wheel Bright" (presumably rims being cleaned). The was was fast. I got out and parked to use microfiber cloths to remove water droplets left behind because I don't like the spots, at which time I discovered my rims were still covered in a film of dust. I had to spray them and wipe them clean entirely myself. Will not be returning. Two stars only because the staff is friendly and it was a fast wash. It was absolutely not worth $25.

The car wash is fine. Modern, easy in and out. Free vacuums work great. But the salespeople are super pushy. I get they want to promote the unlimited wash plan, but if you tell them politely twice you're not interested, they shouldn't try and sell you on it a third time. Just let me go get my car washed. It's uncomfortable. Update - Have upgraded the rating to a 5. The situation above is no longer the case. It’s a great car wash. No pressure.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! If you have a nice modern car. I took my 2023 Mercedes and unfortunately the wipers went on. Like any modern car they are automatic. I explained this to the staff and was asked to wait to fill out a paper work to get refunded after I buy new ones. I wasted almost 20 minutes doing so. Unfortunately the next day I came back with the receipts and form they made me fill out for them to tell me they are not going to give me the money back. I honestly was very disappointed not only because I was lied to but also because the staff that was there was beyond rude and disrespectful. Insulting my intelligence like if I didn’t know what happened or what I was doing. He was kinda tall light skin and skinny. I understand I should have make sure that the wipers were off. However I thought since this was a big business and we pay monthly membership which is not cheap, there would be some type of liability or insurance that can protect us costumers from this type of situations. I had to also waste over an hour of my time arguing with this guy over and over again the situation. Which like I said was very rude and kept laughing in my face like if I was a joke. He finally agreed to only reimbursed me half of what I spent but the horrible experience he made me go through was very unnecessary. I immediately made sure my membership was canceled and I’m trying to warm all my friends and community to not go here since they basically don’t care about their costumers at all.

I never go to a car wash. Always do it by hand. Unfortunately, I have been so busy I just said, "Let me go here and get it done." Well, never again, first time here....BTW. The staff were friendly and answered all my questions. My car was cleaned, but not rinsed well and very spotty from the soap and water spots. I will say it was mot cheap either. Good luck if you go here.

It's a very good automatic carwash center. They offer vacuums and the monthly subscription packages are definitely worth it if you wash your car more than once a month

The attendants are always very friendly and helpful. We took two cars thru this wash on different days and everything was clean except the drivers side window (dirt/soap streaks) and the very back of the trunk area by the license plates. I think the machines need to be recalibrated for those areas since everything else came out super clean.

Got a refund from Russell speeders and came here. Cheaper nicer and the membership is the same price as a wash at the other place. Also employees don’t harass you into buying a membership.

PAINT DAMAGE!! BEWARE!! Do not go here! I Went for the $16 car wash and as you can see from my pictures below, this is what happened. My passenger side mirror got bent outward so I went to turn it back in and noticed the damage not only on top of the mirror, but all over the hood of my car.This damage was not there prior to entering the car wash. I contacted them immediately and they kept denying that it could happen at their car wash. They had no interest in helping me. I contacted a Detailer in hopes of fixing this, who told me this frequently happens as the result of the machines not being clean. That salt and dirt buildup and scratch the paint.That is exactly what this looks like. So a $16 car wash ends up costing me another $100 and a day and a half of my time. I would never go here again and advise that you don't either, if you care about your car.

Not meet the expectations Paid $18 for the express wash and tires were still dirty and windshield wasn’t cleaned as well. Bug spot also there. Not worth to pay $18 No matter what you pay you will get just splash of water with soap and you’re off.

I wasn't Gonna leave a review but after calling to cancel and the guy telling me the spots had to have been the before. I've Been an unlimited member since the wash opened last year.. Everytime the car came out great and ever since winter there have been spots all over my windows. I went on website to cancel and no luck and it said someone would call me. and it never happened and my card was charged.. OK one more month and this time I'll Hand dry it.. This Picture was taken after I hand dried my suv. So. I called this time to cancel and he blamed my car for already having spots. I manager a car wash in Massachusetts and have been with my company almost 15 years but since we dont offer an unlimited plan I wash my car with my free wash once a week there and then come here when I grab my son a few times a week. Wish they would correct the spotting issue because it makes the car worse then not cleaning it. My best fiend and exs family have the same issue and I was gonna return a member in a few months hoping the issue isn't there in summer like last year but after that call I'm all Set.

I had just bought a brand new truck and was awaiting showing it off to everyone like any normal human being would do...lol. I saw water spots on my truck after spending $30 on a diamond edition. Hector and a gentleman by the name of K were extremely helpful and empathetic to my circumstances and allowed me to go through to wash off again. Free of charge. I would suggest anybody go to this car wash. They did a fantastic job and their customer service was fantastic.

I went to Economy hoping to get a decent car wash. I paid for the $16 medium grade wash and was beyond disappointed... the only thing that got clean on my car was the tires. There is a significant amount of dirt, and other things on my bumpers, hood, etc. Save your money and do the wash yourself ... I definitely will not be going back there.

Flash Car Wash – Vernon, CT – Dishonest and Disrespectful I strongly advise staying away from Flash Car Wash in Vernon. Their automatic wash is useless and waste of time, I canceled my membership specifically to stop any future automatic renewals and saw that my account was marked inactive. Despite that, they still charged my credit card, which is nothing short of unauthorized billing and a serious breach of trust. When I went back to resolve this, the manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of listening or trying to help, he kept repeating “we don’t refund” over and over, refusing to acknowledge their mistake or even consider a resolution. No business that respects its customers behaves this way. They are happy to take your money, damage your car, and then hide behind a “no refund” line while insisting you keep using a service you no longer trust. This is not how an honest, customer-focused business operates. If you value your car, your money, and basic respect, do yourself a favor and avoid Flash Car Wash in Vernon. There are plenty of other car washes that stand behind their service and treat customers fairly.

I got the monthly pass and when it came time to renew they charged me double and refused to give me a refund. I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years. Time to find a new car wash. Don't get the pass theyll charge you double and keep your money.

I want to give credit where it's due, the associates did a fantastic job with customer service overall, unfortunately can't say the same to the boss/manager. Had an incident where the machine damaged and cracked my windshield at the drying part of the car wash. Associates lead me to the manager, he wrote an incident report and told me he would call me at the end of the day for a response (05/07/25), wasn't contacted at all so I went over there on 05/09/25 to ask again, was told the same thing "we'll contact you". Didn't hear anything at all so again I went back today (05/14/2025) and again was told that the "higher ups had a last minute emergency" and that they're not paying for the damages done. (how would they know their response if they were at a family emergency). I asked for a phone number, kept telling me there was "no phone number" to contact anyone. Literally a Flash Pass Member and if I knew this car wash was going to be stressful I would've never bought the membership let alone come to this location. Manger wise very unprofessional, hoping this review can either get me in contact with someone or let a customer be aware the risk you get yourself into signing up for this car wash. Update: they didn’t pay the cost to repair claiming it wasn’t “their fault”, on top of that, they offered me a one month free car wash of their “diamond” tier, my concern? Why would I go back to a car wash who not only damage my windshield, but then claims they had the money to fix it but didn’t offer to repair it? So a free car wash just for it to happen again? Will not recommend
