I bought a $2500 intake manifold and when I received it, it was tested as defective. One of the sensor imports was never drilled from factory. I took my car to Fletcher Jones Mercedes because it’s a warranted part with receipt! Ruben Soltero informed me that his service tech confirmed the issue and it was defective and continued to inform me that even so, Fletcher Jones was going to deny me the warranty claim work & replacement because its ‘too much of a risk’ for them that they are not willing to take. Even after sending me a video of their tech confirming the DEFECT! I took it down to LONG BEACH MERCEDES and without question they warrantied the work for me. A dealership cannot refuse a warranty when a part is defective! I’ve bought 3 cars here, and have taken all my mercedes cars for service here! Absolutely no care to help me with this!

Absolutely awesome experience with the service department. It was my first visit and this is not where I bought my new GLE 450. Everyone was extremely helpful, cheerful and friendly. The dealership is spectacular! Has everything you need if your waiting for your car. Probably one of the best car dealerships I’ve ever been too.
