I took my car here to get an oil change and tire rotation. They are overpriced. They didn't bother to call me when my car was finished. Because I live close I could see them put my car in the parking lot after service and literally didn't call me for 2 more hours. When I got my car back i was missing not 1 but 2 lug nuts that I know for a fact were on the car when I gave it to them. They also didn't bother putting the covers on the valve tubes on 2 of the tires so later that moth one got damages and had to go to get it fixed. They seem to be lackadaisical and for the price they charge that's ridiculous. Go anywhere else for maintenance.

Good guys and only sell non ethanol gas which is what God uses. Putting ethanol in your gas is like putting water in to dilute the fuel. All cars run better without ethanol. It is more expensive but that is what real fuel costs and you get better mileage. Like organic fuel for your car

Every time my car has an issue I bring it to FDL Tire, and Paul does a fantastic job! Fair prices and a quick turnaround, not to mention the issue is always resolved. Thank you Paul!

Fleur de Lis has been taking care of my car tires for years. When I get a flat, they either repair the flat or change the tire. Most places don't check to see whether the tire can just be repaired, so I appreciate the willingness to save me the cost of an unnecessary new tire.

I went here a week ago and told someone I was there to rent a trailer and talk to the uhaul person. I used the uhaul website to look up where in town has trailers. They were listed. They told me the uhaul person was at lunch. Fair enough. Today, I called and they told me they dont rent trailers. This would have been nice to know a week ago when I contacted them for a trailer.

If you grew up in Lakeview you knew Mr. Ray because he was always ready to greet/help you the minute you pulled into Fleur De Lis Car Care. The sweetest man with the best smile! He is truly missed. Unfortunately that service and respect left with him. I pulled into FDL 8am 11/20 with 24 psi of air in my tire and a bolt. I walk into the office to no greeting. A man behind the counter looks up and back down at what he’s doing. The man behind him sitting at the desk looks at me. Me: “Hi! I have a bolt in my tire.” Still seated man: “Can you leave it?” Me: “The car or the tire?” Still seated man: “The car” Me: “Can you put my spare on and take the tire?” Still seated man: “not without knowing what’s going on” Me: “there’s a bolt in it, I have a picture.” Still seated man: (stares at me) Me: “can you at least put my spare on?” Still seated man: “we’re really busy” I walk to my car, call my husband to come put my spare on thinking then I can leave the tire. I walk back into the office to make sure they will do this. Me: “if my husband comes to put my spare on can you fix my tire?” Still seated man: “not without knowing what’s going on” Me: “there is a bolt in my tire. It may need a patch, if it can’t be patched can you order me a new tire?” Still seated man: “I think you need to go somewhere else” I walked out. Got in my car with my now 21 psi and drove home. On my way all I could think about was Mr. Ray and how different my entire experience was from what I knew it to be. He would have never spoken to me that way, he would have guided me where I needed to go and he would have topped my tire off with air to get there. Actually, he would have put the spare on. I decided to call to express my disappointment. Man: “Fleur de Lis” Me: “hey, I just left there and I’m not sure who I was speaking to…” Man: “it was me” Me: “well, Mr. Bergeron would be extremely disappointed in the customer service received today” Man: “no he wouldn’t, I’m his son in law” (this response completely validating my in person experience) Me: “you were cold, dismissive, and couldn’t have cared less about what I needed, I’m a mother of 3 trying to get to thanksgiving feasts in less and an hour, not that that matters to you, but you didn’t even have the decency to get out of your chair to greet or talk to me much less put on my spare tire” I hung up. He called back. I didn’t answer because I knew it wasn’t to apologize and I didn’t want to travel any further down the owners negative path. After speaking to several people about this I’ve learned that this is how he treats many women and many don’t go back. I will never be back. Not that the owner cares. Fortunately there’s great service elsewhere and the minute I pulled on to Emile’s lot on Airline he popped up from what he was doing, saw my spare, went to my trunk, popped it, pulled the tire out, looked at me and said “can you leave it for a bit?” I ran a few errands, went back and for $15 my tire was patched and put on my car.
