HORRIBLE experience, definitely don’t go!! they’d do anything to steal money from you, especially if you’re a woman they immediately take advantage and make up anything they can to convince you to leave it and charge you an insane amount of money for literally doing nothing to fix it!!

DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I went and they tried to charge me $600 for a piece that my car “needed”, I looked it up online and the piece actually costs $15. I told them to not do anything to it and they still charged me $150 for the diagnosis… They’re just a bunch of thieves

Let me start off by saying I appreciate all the work that has been done from this business. They are family owned and very accommodating. I first found out about them from a friend. They have great customer service and provide even better car repairs. Ill never take my vehicles to any other shop. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle to this shop. Flores Complete Auto Repair lives up to the name, they completely take care of any service I may need and in a timely manner. I’m often heading in and out of my vehicles so a number of issues arise. The staff are extremely friendly and understanding. While performing on your vehicle, if needed, they have no problem showing you what the issue is. Honesty is something that you can’t find often in this economy and they give that and more. When recommending auto repair shops, this is the only place I recommend. Mechanics here want to see you after they’re done with your car, they know they did a good job! What would this area do without this place?

I am from around the neighborhood and my car was in need of repair, and this was the closest auto shop around. I was super happy with my service. Jose broke down what was wrong with my vehicle very clearly and even showed me what was wrong. I came in yesterday, and in less than 24 hours my car was ready, and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. Prices were very reasonable, and they were very nice, patient, and trustworthy.
