Ron Martz was super helpful and informative. He even helped me fill out my rebate form and made an extra copy of the bill. Caring and considerate. We are repeat customers for sure! Super clean bathroom, too and they had HGTV on so the wait was great!

New to Erie tried to call to set up appointment to have my tires rotated on my jeep the man I spoke with was extremely rude then left me on hold for over twenty minutes before I hung up. I guess business is doing well enough to not need new clientele but there was no need for hostility. Ended up going to Monroe auto close to the Lowes. They were very friendly and had me in and out without hassle.

The tires are great and the people are nice. However it is first come first serve and it took 3.5 hours for them to mount 4 brand new tires(which I bought from them) while they kept doing other cars before mine. Any other place would have been less than an hour max

We made an appointment on Wednesday for Saturday at 8AM to get 4 new tires put on and I ordered the tires on the website. We dropped th car off at 7:55AM. After calling at 1130 to check on the status and being told we'd probably be next in, we finally received a call at 1:30 that our car was ready. Had to wonder what the point of making an appointment was. ,

I've been to my share of tire shops in many different cities and towns. I'm 71. As I was waiting for my 4 tire and oil change, I was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the people at the front desks and the mechanic who did the work on my van. The prices were excellent, too. $136 for a 4 tire change and an oil change! Can't beat that combination! Thank you!

We were on our way from western NY to Central Ohio. We were on i90 passing through Erie PA. We blew a rear truck tire, fun wow. Using AAA we were towed to Flynn's Tire & Auto. They got us right in and replaced our tire. They were very accommodating. Clean waiting room and bathroom. Made our adventure not so stressful. Thanks to everyone at Flynns.

Cheap and good rated tires, was the fastest and best service I’ve ever had done!! They were nice enough to wait a little longer for me to get my car even when they were closed! Great services, great prices, it’s a no brainer

Jeff the manager was polite and prompt to be of assistance. These core tenants are missing in customer service in other garages. I will keep returning for business and encourage others to do so, as well.

Great service and it didn't take as long as I thought. Just about 45 mins for 4 new tire installation on a Saturday morning. Kind of weird not to offer appointments but it works for them so it works for me. We will definitely go back for other services in the future.

It was great. They found the perfect odd shape tires for my Maserati and installed them in good order. They also fixed a couple of items that were out of order then checked my brakes. All in all they were just the best in service that you could ever find. I'll be going back for my PA. inspection when it's due.

I would give this company a minus five stars if I could. I never use this card because I don't want ANYTHING from anyone other than to be treated like a human being and honestly what I am shouldn't make a difference everyone deserves the same treatment but I am a disabled homeless VETERAN of this country living in a beat up van and this company specifically a manager named "Jeff" at the peach street location in Erie Pennsylvania made the choice to leave me basically stranded with no spare tire because of "liability" but let's face it we ALL know what this is about it's greed they want to force me to buy a brand new tire from them like I wouldn't if I HAD THE MONEY.."you can't squeeze blood from a turnip" as they used to say. Like I would be trying to waste the money I don't have honestly on a tire that's not the best if I literally had ANY OTHER CHOICE. However although it's not the best it's also not the worst it got me many miles and would likely get me many many more but instead of letting me PAY you to help me you send a homeless person away without an emergency spare at the peak of winter in the harshest part of Pennsylvania conditions all under the disguised excuse of "liability". It would make sense a TINY bit if it was even being mounted on a vehicle but it wasn't so unless you stamp times and dates on the inside of the tire that "liability"excuse is completely invalid I could be mounting in on a TRACTOR for all you know so why not own the truth of why this decision was made..GREED. the worst part is the constant portrayal of "family orientation" yeah this is really decent family values here. I can bleed and die for you, become a reduced shell of a human being for you but I can't even PAY you for help... this is one of the reasons so many of us seclude ourselves from society when we get home we realize the reality of the "people" so many of us have been duped into defending. I hope all of y'all have a safe and happy holiday season be sure to pet your bank account statements and think of us less fortunate in the trenches. Oorah! *****UPDATE***** I just wanted to include this on the review after a 7 minute YouTube video I got out my flat head screwdriver and dishwashing liquid and installed the tire myself under 10 minutes. It is fully finished now no help from Flynn's tire who even worse than leaving me stranded actually removed my valve stem core from my rim knowing they weren't going to install MY tire lol. Thankfully Dakota at dunn tire located 4222 peach st Erie Pennsylvania helped me out when he realized it was missing while putting air in the tire...now THATS some "core" family values all pun DEFINITELY intended. Remember people we don't need these companies it's all a convenience issue but if you simply MUST use one I'd definitely recommend dunn tire they put PEOPLE before profits how about that!

Brought my car in for a state inspection and it was completed quickly and thoroughly without any shenanigans of claiming I needed repairs of things that were fine. They did mention service items that would be beneficial to my car with the number of miles on it but made it clear it was all optional and had nothing to do with whether or not it would pass inspection. Another great experience with Flynn's.

Absolutely top-notch experience! The team here wasn’t just focused on making a sale—they took the time to educate me. I found out that the pricey tires I had been using wouldn’t even pass inspection in Pennsylvania. Thanks to their honesty and knowledge, they helped me find a legal, comparable alternative that fits my vehicle and my taste perfectly. Truly grateful!

My only complaint is the first come first served policy for tire installation. I own a business and use my truck for work. I was the second one in the door for tires that day. My truck didn't come into the shop for an hour and a half. They had multiple vehicles from the previous day ahead of me in line. I understand that it's a busy time of year for tires, but my time is valuable. There should be some sort of policy in place for people who need their vehicle in and out quickly. They were notified of the day I planned to come in 3 days in advance. It's not like I just showed up and expected to be put in the front of the line. With proper notice, they should be able to do better.

I ordered and payed online for 4 brand new tires with free installation, mount/balance etc. I dropped my car off there around 10:30am. I had to call at 4:30 to ask the status of my car. They told me it was up on the alignment rack now and should be done shortly. I arrive around 5 to retrieve my car and am told my car needed an alignment. I immediately knew something wasn't right because about two weeks before this I had taken my car to DiasSprings to get an alignment check and get it done if it needed it and they told me it was all straight. Well, Flynn's told me the alignment was off. I'll provide pictures and offered to fix it and straighten it out for me for a little under $200. I quickly denied the service. And the sales rep gave me the strangest looking face As I picked up the sheet of paper that had my alignment measurements on, he tried to take it back, and I told him that I'll would like a copy. And I also ordered my tires online and paid for them online and when I went to check out to retrieve my vehicle and get the keys, he told me the total of the tires without the discount. "Would that be cash or card?" I immediately told him that the tires were already paid for and everything should've been good to go. He typed on the computer for a few minutes and eventually said oh yes that's my bad but I guarantee you if I would've swiped my card I would've been charged the full amount of the tires even though they've already paid for it. After that, I still waited till about three minutes before the shop close to get my car. The next day, I took my car to Monroe's for a second opinion on my alignment they check the alignment and everything was completely perfect. So Basically, I don't know if they were trying to pocket the money off of me or what because if I would've paid them how would they have done an alignment if it was already aligned doesn't make any sense. I called and spoke with a manager, and he was very polite however, that doesn't change the fact that you guys tried to take money from me for service services that I did not require on my vehicle. He didn't offer me any kind of discount or refund or warranty or any kind of anything over what I experienced. I would never go here. Do not go here. I repeat don't go here. Tires may be cheap, but only God knows what "services" they will try to say that you need when did all reality you don't.

My daughter was in Erie over the Christmas holiday (up from Pittsburgh). Her back tire was losing air. I called Flynn's on Peach Street on December 26th to see if they could get us in. We dropped the car off and they checked the tire. Unfortunately, it was unrepairable. I bought two rear tires for her car that they had in stock. The work was completed quickly. I feel good that she'll be safe driving back home this weekend. Thank you, Flynn's Tire.

I had a great experience at Flynn’s Auto. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The guy at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and kept everything running smoothly. The guy handling the inspection was just as professional — he explained things clearly and made sure everything was done right. Honest prices, honest work, honest people! The guy who handled my inspection even offered me a special key for my lug nuts, which I didn’t realize I needed. That attention to detail really shows they care about their customers. Unfortunately I didn't get any names which is such a bad trait of mine but... Highly recommend Flynn’s Auto in Erie!
