I was here for over an hour today. The staff would stop wiping your car down to Go have conversations and joke around. It just seemed really unprofessional and it took so long. I would only go back to book an inside outside detail. I will never come back again to just get a quick wash. I’m sure there’s other similar car washes in town and my vehicle still had dirt places that would be an obvious wipe down area.

I went for the regular touch-less car wash. I have a midsized sedan and with taxes, the price came out to just over $27. It may seem a bit pricey for some, but they really do deliver on the drying service afterwards. Plus vacuuming and a quick dust wipe down on the interior are included! I was impressed. I have not tried their other services yet, but based on my 1st experience, I will definitely go again. Keep in mind that touch-less will not get every mark off your car, you just don’t have to worry about any accidental scratches that contact car washes can cause.

I visited this car wash today for a touchless wash, and while I appreciated the efficiency, I was disappointed with the results. After paying $30.31, and tipped the workers $10. my car still had a significant amount of dust and dirt left on the front hood, which I didn’t expect. I understand that touchless washes may not be as thorough as other methods, but I did anticipate a cleaner finish, especially for the price. The process was quick and convenient, but I hoped for a better outcome in terms of cleanliness."

Strangest experience. Attendant acted like he spoke no English. He directed me into the car wash bay & sprayed the car with water. The auto cycle started & there was zero foam, just water. When I reported this he did the “no English” thing. I asked to speak to someone else, the cashier came over & asked if I wanted to repeat the wash. I said yes. It repeated with no foam again. It felt like this was a total scam. By then I’m running late & asked if I could come back another time when things are working properly & cashier said ok. Beware.

Bad experience with them. Their ad shows they close at 5pm, but when I stopped by at 12 noon, they told me they were closing just because it was raining and they didn’t want to pay for labor to stay there since business was slow. They even told me to go to another detail shop. Lol… unbelievable. I’ve always gone to this shop to clean my Turo business cars, but since they’re not reliable and don’t run their business the way they’re supposed to, I won’t be using this shop for my business anymore.

This is one of the best places to get detailed or touchless car wash. The team is extremely detail oriented and they treat your car as if it was their personal car. I don't detail my car regularly, and it's old and I go offroading... so they had their work cut out for them! They did an amazing job. Wheels and engine, interior, exterior... I was blown away at how clean they got it. It was way better than the one other place I've been to on island. I believe their prices are competitive and reasonable compared to other shops, and I appreciated that they actually list the prices on their website and don't make you guess or worry. Appreciated the fast booking, and the team seemed very friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely be coming back and recommend!

I would not recommend this car wash to anyone based on our experience. This location advertises as “touchless,” but staff aggressively hand-dry vehicles. On our visit a few weeks ago, an employee was moving very quickly and bumped the back of our side mirror hard enough that it popped off and hit the concrete, leaving a dent. We recently returned and during carelessly drying again, the mirror backing was bumped yet again and fell off. These mirrors were newly purchased and installed, and this has only happened when employees here handled them. When we calmly spoke with management, we were told to “call the cops” and were then banned from returning because we were considered a “liability”. We weren’t looking for conflict, just accountability for repeated damage that occurred during the drying process. The unwillingness to address it respectfully was disappointing.

Paid for full detailing package but didnt expect them to not polish or clay paid but i probably shouldve clarified and ask but i was mostly trying to get hard water stains off but ended up with some micro scratches. Paid roughly under $300 overall the workers were nice and the cleaning is decent but not up to standard I need.
