Here are a few things about Fontes: 1) I had a vehicle emergency and Fontes took the time to help me , even though he was booked out for days. He even stayed after hours because I was in a desperate situation, I am from out of state and my family and I had no place to go if our car did not work. 2) Fontes backed up his work. The emergency issue my car had was tricky to diagnose, when the first thing he tried did not work, he was totally honest about it and did not charge me for any unnecessary part or labor. 3) Fontes took time to help me, a non-mechanic, understand the issue.
