This place is absolute trash. The vacuums never work and nor do the air sprayers. The space is always dirty and when I brought it up to management corporate I was told that they are aware of the situation. It's been this way for months. I ask for a refund and to cancel my membership. They canceled my membership and refuse to give me a refund stating that I had used the car wash. The reality is is I have never been able to use the full experience because nothing works at this location. They still refuse to give me back my money. This place is a waste of your money. It's a waste of time and it's absolute garbage. Stay clear

No attendant at the entrance and the fast pass scanners weren't working (no signs posted though) so I had to buy a single car wash even though I have a monthly subscription. I let the attendant in the car wash tunnel know and he said they don't give refunds. The subscription isn't really worth it since the vacuums are always full and they are only open during the hottest hours of the day. Would maybe reconsider canceling if they stayed open later and had better equipment.

This is the worst car wash I ever been to in my life. For starters I came to this location because I wanted to start a membership since it was the closest car wash to my house. Apart arrival no one was in the parking lot so I was happy that it wasn’t busy. So I drive to the membership window and literally waited 15 minutes and press help three times and literally nobody responded. So I called the location via telephone, The first call I was hung up on. The second call I was told they no longer set up memberships, and I would need to go to another location to do so. The employees were very rude, arrogant, and definitely not customer oriented. Long story short I spent $25 to wash my car without the membership, and once I started vacuuming my car I was treated as if I was taking too long. Overall this was a horrible customer experience, and I will never return to this location again. If you choose to wash your car here good luck, but don’t say you weren’t told. So I guess I will be giving my money to another car wash on a monthly basis that would appreciate me as a customer and the money that I bring to their company.

Got a fast pass today ,the worker was very helpful. I had a few questions and he was very knowledgeable about all the washes. ONLY 5$ TO START A MEMBERSHIP! So yeah knowing me I had to say yes and after 1 month It's only $20 per month that deal is amazing plus I can cancel anytime, thank you! Vacuums were the best! Only complaint was I wish they had free towels.

It's a really good buy for the monthly membership. I have a beautiful 2012 Sion XB, and I keep it clean inside and out. I run it through at least 4 to 6 times a month. I have the premium wash, and it practically pays for itself the more times you use their onlot services. The place is always clean of trash and other daily things. The staff are very friendly and helpful in your needs to keep a clean showroom car or truck. 😎 I give them 💫💫💫💫💫.

Horrible experience with this place. First off, their dryers are horrible. Half my car is still wet when I exit the wash. No big deal, but half the time there are towels and half the time there aren’t. Secondly, I went to cancel my membership (did so well over a week in advance). I wake up this morning, and log into my bank account to see that they have taken $35.00. I called the location three times before I get a Manager on the phone. Manager proceeds to tell me that I will not be getting my money back because according to what they have on their end, I canceled today. I proceeded to tell her that I received an email confirmation on the 1st from clean freak car wash stating my membership was canceled. She proceeds to argue with me that I did not cancel in time etc… Extremely frustrated with the customer service experience from this manager. I tried contacting several other locations and it lists their corporate office location is Shea Boulevard. Any location I tried calling the voicemail boxes were full and no one would pick up. I went ahead and contacted my banks, fraud department as I did cancel in time and received an email confirmation. These guys are shady, and I will never do business with them again. I will go back to Jackson's, as I’ve never had problems with unauthorized charges and their washes and dryers work great!

They have a guy just standing there at the entrance to the car wash doing nothing yet he tells me that they do not pre-spray your vehicle before it enters the car wash. This is a recipe for swirl marks and damaged paint but I'm sure most people don't know the difference. Have that guy pre-spray cars to protect their paint instead of standing there with his hands in his pockets. Not to mention the wash was horrible. As you can see from the picture I think there is actually more junk on my paint now than there was before I went through the wash....

Not a bad car wash... the wash tunnel is shorter than most others. Best car wash I've found in central Phoenix. Price is ok with free vaccum and compressed air under coverd spaces... spaces are limited and can be a wait on weekends. Made my Honda look good... all I really care about!🚙😃

Honestly. The car does not come out clean. I have the "unlimited carnuba wax" wash and I still have to run the car through twice in a row and it's still unclean. Look at the top half of the hood it's literally untouched and still dusty (and dry lol).. Car is a 2021 bought brand new.

I won’t ever be using clean freak again. Never had a machine break my hood. And they said sorry nothing we can do. And during the video my hood piece fly’s off in the air. And I also see that must of there locations have a F rating on Better Business Bureau

Just went through the wash it was amazing, attendant Nate was very helpful, Kaylin directed into the tunnel very well. I would recommend getting your car washed here. Manager Brandon runs a great establishment. 👍🏻👍🏻

A friend gave me a ticket for free car wash . I liked how the attendant helped me and went over the different plans . I use to go to the one on Van Buren St and Grand Ave . I need to take care of my baby Autobot . She has trash on the back window because she's calling you trash .lol . She doesn't mean any harm. She hates Tesla cars and beats up on them as well as motorcycles. Obey the laws . No lane splitting in Arizona. Anyway I apologize for her rudeness at times when she is on the road . Thank you for giving her a bath . She needed it . I'm going to start up another car wash monthly plan .

A great location of this car wash chain. Whilst each site has their unique characteristics, you will find all the things that make this chain a success right here: free vacuums, bug/truck bed cleaning station and, of course, the wash itself. I would note that due to its location, the space is a little more limited here -- so, be aware of that if coming with a larger vehicle. For example, on a truck, you might need to have your mirrors folded in prior going through the wash. Friendly and helpful staff.

This car wash sucks doesn't provide towels the wash isn't even good I paid for the $20 wash and you tell me what you think. Staff isn't friendly they don't provide air fresheners when I asked they said the air freshener is included in the soap in the wash whatever that is. Don't come to this place it's a waste of money.
