I recently took my 2013 BMW to them. This was a 3 star and not 5 star experience simply because even though they were available the day after thanksgiving and were very polite and accessible over the phone, the communication itself wasn’t clear. I had a “drivetrain malfunction” warning. I assumed they would examine, well, the drivetrain. Only upon picking up the car did I learn that they did a software scan and updated my valvetronics. No transmission or engine check. All together, for software diagnostic scan, software update, and oil change, I was charged $600. This could have and should have been a 5 star experience

Foreign Auto Services (FAS) put new brakes on my 2021 Volvo XC a couple of months ago, and I just returned for a driver door handle to be replaced. I came back because FAS is hands down the beat place to go if your foreign car needs any repairs. Why? The work is exceptional as is customer care. And, the facility is spotless. The waiting area was designed with the customer in mind (coffee bar, desk, plenty of chairs - no blaring tv). FAS is not like anything I have previously experienced! I will not go back to the local Volvo dealer after experiencing the level of service at Foreign Auto. If you want top notch work in a friendly and clean environment, then this is where you should go. Highly, highly recommend. I won’t go anywhere else.

I recently had my 2016 Audi A8 at this shop for a check engine light which ended up being a faulty O2 sensor and rear brakes. The communication was great, the bill was fair and they offer a 36 month warranty on parts and labor! The shop is beautiful, the waiting room is clean, modern and has a fully stocked beverage fridge, homemade pastries, and a gourmet coffee machine. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The offer to Uber customers to and from the shop which makes drop off and pick up hassle free. They also washed my car and installed new wipers complimentary

This was my first visit to Foreign Auto Services, but it DEFINITELY will not be my last! I have a 2010 Audi A4 Quattro (B8) with 110,000 miles on it (I’m the original owner), and I had a problem with my Electromechanical Parking Brake (EPB) - both rear wheel parking brakes were locked in the “on” position. Being a “shade tree/DIY mechanic” for most of my Audi’s life (16 years), I tried every solution I could find on the Internet and in more than 20 online forums, but no joy - the EPB just wouldn’t release, so I finally caved and decided to call in the pros. Long ago I learned to not use dealerships, mostly because they are notoriously (and unnecessarily) expensive and will not hesitate to “talk you into” unneeded repairs, so I researched Audi/German/European auto repair places near me (West Palm Beach). I choose Foreign Auto Services, primarily because they had the best (and most 5-star) reviews. Now that I have my vehicle back (and repaired), I can say without any hesitation that Foreign Auto Services is the most professional, thorough, courteous, attentive and friendly car repair facility I have EVER been to - and VERY fair on pricing! From the moment Rhonnie checked my Audi in and attentively listened to what was wrong with it, to the timely and informative updates on the status of the repair, and ultimately the quick and painless process of picking up my repaired vehicle (and they even washed it!!), my experience with Foreign Auto Services was outstanding - which is why I say it will DEFINITELY not be my last visit! If you’re looking for a top-tier, super-professional, competent, knowledgeable and fair-priced place to have your European vehicle serviced or repaired, stop your search - Foreign Auto Services is THE place to go!!

This is the finest auto repair shop I have ever been in. Their people are polite know what you’re doing and did every step of the way it was a first class experience at a very reasonable cost. Therefore, I can hardly recommend this organization, especially if you are in the driving distance around North Palm Beach, Palm beach gardens, and similar locations. As my grandfather used to say, how a person does one thing is how that person does everything. This business is meticulous. My car was repaired like their lobby is kept— conscientiously, with great care and intelligence. Also, I was impressed by their honesty. I took my car in for an oil change, but it was a recent used purchase, and they walked me through the necessary repairs in a patient and transparent manner. When the car was finished, they made sure it was very clean and also their prices were incredibly reasonable for how thorough and premium their services are. I am so appreciative of their work on my car. I would recommend this business to anybody but especially a person with a foreign car. If they cannot do something, they will point the customer in the correct direction, and I will be coming back here at every necessary opportunity. Thank you Foreign Auto Services! I am so glad I took my car here instead of driving it around and finding out what was wrong the hard way.

My brake warning light came on, so I went around Jupiter to get quotes. One shop told me I needed a full replacement for $700. Another couldn’t even look at it without scheduling me to come back. I received a brake discount brochure and decided to drive 20 minutes to this Riviera Beach location — best decision I made. They checked my car right away and found that I only needed the panel sensor replaced. Total cost: $170, not $700. Honest, efficient, and professional. The staff were well-dressed, polite, and the whole experience felt like a high-end dealership. Even though they were busy, I felt like a VIP. They even gave me a complimentary car wash. They’ve earned my loyalty. I’ll be recommending them to everyone in Jupiter.

Took my car to Foreign Auto Services to diagnose what I suspected was an alignment problem. It turned out that my four tires needed replacing. I was also due for an oil change and overall vehicle inspection. The facility is very clean and inviting. The staff are welcoming, courteous, and professional. They offered a complimentary Uber to take me home while my car was being serviced. They emailed me a detailed, itemized proposal for recommended services, based on their findings, with the option to accept or decline each one. I am very pleased with the service I received at Foreign Auto Services. Scheduling was easy, services were completed in a timely manner, and pricing is reasonable. They include a complimentary car wash which was an added bonus. I will return to Foreign Auto Services for any future service needs, and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. The team at Foreign Auto always does an amazing job! They’re very professional quick to respond and schedule you! Mia was helping me out with this disappointment and she was super professional, very pleasant to talk to and quick to respond to any additional questions or information I was requesting. The whole Team is great and they provide you with the best service! The shop is very beautiful and is a pleasant environment to even wait for your repair to be done. Brice is amazing.
