Love coming to this place. They make my car look great and brand new all the time. Worth the price for sure. I understand they take their time since it’s a hand car wash, but the wait time can be a bit extreme. I shouldn’t have to wait over an hour to get my car washed. Other than that this is a wonderful place to come to, would recommend it to anyone.

Definitely a very good hand car wash for a “quick detail” at a reasonable price. They’re very nice people. The wait is longer than going to another wash but I believe the attention to detail is worth the wait. I got the #4 service for $65.00 and they did an excellent job. They even put a little trees air freshener on my mirror that matched the color of my truck. I am picky with my truck as it is a classic from California with low miles. The only thing I would have liked to see is the gas cap door cleaned out (no one does this anymore for whatever reason). Other than that no complaints and they still have earned a five star review from me.

I took my car to Francisco’s yesterday for a full inside-and-out hand wash, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The Service: The team did an incredible job. My car looks nearly spotless, and you can tell they take pride in the manual detailing process. I did notice one small spot on the passenger door where a bit of soap had air-dried, leaving a faint stain, but it’s a very minor issue and an easy fix. Overall, the quality of the clean was top-tier. The Wait & Amenities: I went on a Saturday morning (definitely a busy peak time) and waited about an hour. Given the volume of cars they were handling, I found the wait time very reasonable. A huge plus is their waiting area; it’s heated and has comfortable seating, which made the time pass quickly. Location & Logistics: The wash is tucked away in a residential neighborhood next to some homes, so keep an eye out for their signs to make sure you don't miss it. Just a heads-up for new customers: parking can be a bit tight, so be prepared for that when you arrive. Overall: Great customer service and excellent results. I will definitely be coming back to support this local business. Highly recommended if you want your car looking fresh! 10/10.

** Update after Francisco's response : Your saying that I never did business with you only shows how much of a liar you are. Investigation?? Then go ahead, Sherlock Holmes, and investigate this photo I attached. *Complain : I took my car in at the end of the day to have it washed only on the outside. They applied pure chemicals to the wheels and didn't rinse them in time. As a result, the wheels were stained. I had to have them repainted because the marks wouldn't come out. I spoke to Francisco about what had happened. He said it wasn't his fault and that he didn't know how it could have happened. In the end, he even offered to pay half the repair cost. How can you not be at fault and offer to pay half? I used to take both my cars there every week. I'm never going back. $600 in damages. AVOID AVOID! If you don't like your car and don't care about it, take it to Francisco!
