Absolutely the best. We had a 100k mile 2015 Chrysler T&C with symptoms of a misfire shortly after the engine warmed up. After a diagnosis Andersons Auto reported the engine was bad and had a hole in one of the cylinders. The repair was estimated @ $9k which included a new engine. They suggested I call around or go with a used engine but confirmed the engine block would need to be replaced. Before condemning the engine I had another repair shop (Franklin Automotive) recheck without giving them any history. They reported an injector was bad and could repair it for approx $800. Needless to say I reconfirmed with them and they assured me that is the issue. I approved the repair and I still drive the Town and Country to this day 28k miles later, same original engine - new injector. I bring all my vehicles to these fine folks now. I completely trust them. The only thing I wish they did that they dont do is train others shops to be more like them. Its like how you want all other fast food to be more like chic-fil-a. It wouldn't be as special then though. Job well done on everything I bring you guys. Thanks again!!!!

There's a stigma about mechanics. That they'll nickel and dime you for unneeded repairs. Well that's not the case at Franklin Automotive. Just friendly, professional and affordable service. I can't recommend them enough. Chase was awesome. He worked with me to diagnose and repair my vehicle, was extremely transparent and made sure I understood exactly what he was telling me. If you're looking for honest and reliable service, Franklin Automotive is where you'll find it.

Highly Recommended! Friendly, Competent, and Honest. We took our vehicle for a check engine light that wouldn't turn off after some basic diagnostics. They were already very highly recommended from some local websites and word of mouth from our neighbors, and we're certainly glad we went to them. These guys know what they’re doing and they will tell you your options and explain the situation with your vehicle so that you can make the best decision. Their business model is truly Christian, in every sense of the word. My vehicle is quite old, and I’m pretty sure they’ve made an effort to work me into their schedule when I’m in need. They don’t charge you for, or even recommend extra work that you don’t need. They’re friendly, fair, and honest. I’ve been coming to them for years, and I highly recommend them as professionals. I certainly don’t hope for people to have issues with their vehicles, but I hope everyone goes to Franklin Auto!
