I just bought a used Prius from Adam Huber. He was very kind to let me test drive the car twice and really take my time checking out all the accessories inside. He also facilitated getting the car to and from my mechanic of choice for a pre-purchase inspection. It's important to me to not be rushed about the process and know that I'm making a good choice. He was patient and upfront about the numbers--and also not pushy about anything sales-y. Thanks Adam!

Took my 2021 Blazer in to Frankman to get a new key fob and paintless dent repair done on a warranty that we bought from them. Work was done while I waited and they took care of 100 percent of the paperwork. Key was programmed. Dents removed better than I thought possible. Great experience.

Bought a BMW X5 here. After getting the car delivered I took it to BMW of Omaha & had it inspected. Unfortunately the car had many expensive issues that were never communicated to me during the over the phone purchase. I then took the vehicle back to them in Sioux Falls with the understanding of gettin the vehicles issues fixed. After a week or so they called & said it was ready to be picked up & the issues were fixed. Valve cover gasket, oil reservoir housing to name a few of the issues. Fast forward to today while having it into BMW of Omaha for the first oil service. Frankman motor obviously lied about addressing any of the issues I had to bring it back to them for & now I set here with a $7,000.00 repair bill.(All the same issues from previously stated) Stay away from doin business with these folks! I’m also not mentioning here a plethora of other glaring issues the car has that was lied about or failed to mention because of the fact that it is a used vehicle & everything won’t be perfect. Definitely a rough experience on many fronts doing business with Frankman Motor. *** Reply to Frankmans bizarre rebuttal of my review.. 1-The car had just over 76k miles which is very low for this vehicle & motor they have. 2- Not one time has lil Cole or any of his minions been to Omaha to deliver me anything. In fact I drove that way each time. I actually even had to have somebody else meet me at the back alley dealership(Frankmans) to pick me up when I had to bring it back for all the major repairs it needed. Plus I had to rent a vehicle for the couple weeks or better they pretended to be fixing anything.(took over a week for there “shop guy” to even pretend to do the repairs) 3-You definitely had legal binding to make it right within the 30 days of the sale. 4-You have zero documentation/video of any repairs done to the car after the sale, which I also received zero documentation for any repairs done, just a simple, “the cars ready to be picked up”. How could you have any of that when you know you guys did nothing. Stop with that already, it’s weird. 5- So before the sale was up it cost me an extra $500 with the BS fees & “Frankman connect” shoved down our throats. $300 more for the BMW diagnostics I had to get done since when I got the car home it smelled my whole garage & house up with burning oil. Then I, me , not you or your minions, drove the 400 miles to bring it back there to get absolute nothing but more lies. Do better Cole boy your practice is trash at best & if your mouth is moving you know it’s lies. Hope that cleared it up for the “readers”. BTW this is the first time I’ve ever left a review anywhere. I’m just that disgusted with the blatant degenerate business practices of this establishment.

Great people to work with, very friendly, no pressure. I liked the website and getting an idea of what my trade in would be before I even got there. I also loved all the maintenance details provided on the website and the carfax provided. I decided to schedule a visit to test drive the vehicle I was interested in and have my car reviewed for trade in. I ended up trading in my vehicle and purchasing a vehicle that same day. Very easy to work with, very kind and knowledgeable. I personally loved being able to go test drive and purchase a vehicle with no pressure to do so. I was able to take my time and make the best decision for me, and Robbie and Nate were fantastic to work with. They both understood my budget request and my timelines and were fabulous! Thanks Frankman I will definitely be returning in the future for any car needs.

I will have to say this was probably the best experience at a dealership I've had. Everyone I met there was nice and professional, in a complete no pressure environment. I went in to look at a Jeep Rubicon, which was in immaculate condition. I was given as much time as I needed to look it over and test drive. And also supplied with the Carfax. (James) Was the salesman I dealt with. He was nice and very professional. He wanted to ensure I liked the car, as well as going in full detail about the Jeep during the test drive. Being new to the city , he gave me ideas on things to do and where to go. (Monica) The first person I interacted with at the dealership. Helped answer any questions I had prior going into Frankman Motors. When I decided on getting the Jeep she came out to congratulate me as well as giving me some tips on owning a jeep. Pleasant experience. (Nate) In finance was very helpful in securing financing for this vehicle. He was very professional, and pleasent in explaining the entire process. Overall this dealership is wonderful, every person I came in contact with was willing to help and provide information if needed. There are many car dealerships around the Sioux Falls area, but I must say this was the best experience I've had at a dealership where you feel valued as a customer. Anyone looking for a car, come to Frankman Motors. You'll be happy you did.

I’ve been looking for an affordable classic car for a while. I found a dealer just over a thousand miles away from me so i had to rely and put a lot of trust in the person i was working with ( Joe Frankman ) he made extra videos at my request so i could get more detail on the vehicle 1953 Mainline. Thursday, Nov 6th, I came in to test drive a ‘21 Chevy Trailblazer. Being a newer car, I wasn’t sure I’d get approved. When the banks gave a little pus back for a loan, they showed me other options making sure I knew I had choices and it was totally possible to leave with a car. Luckily, they were able to get me approved for the car! I was in and out in about 2 hours, treated so kindly by every person I came in contact with. Mike is the one who greeted my mom and I outside, welcomed us in and walked me through everything. Nate was the financial person and was able to get my interest rate down a little bit which was honestly a miracle and I couldn’t be more grateful. I didn’t catch the managers name who also helped on my buy but he also came out to congratulate me. They all made the process for buying a car not so intimidating! They took the time to make sure I felt valued and not just like a price tag — I appreciate that more than anything!
