Took several days to get to our vehicle and we had a drop off appointment. Then they didn't get to the actual problem we were concerned about till we had to remind them. They didn't charge us which was a plus but they dropped the ball this time.

Horrible experience. The tech has no respect for the customer vehicle. Grease all over interior. Taking to a detail shop to clean the mess they made of my upholstery and interior panels. Then to a Real repair shop to see why my vehicle is making a new noise after they had it.

I found these guys after several other failed attempts at finding somebody competent to work on my vehicles without ripping me off. I have taken my personal vehicles here as well as my work vehicles.They are fair and honest guys. Transparent with the cost and always call if other issues arise before doing the work and then charging me later. I’ve been very impressed all the way around and will continue to bring my business vehicles and personal vehicles here. I bring my car here before I take it to the dealership. My driver side window came off the regulator. It dropped the window into the door. Very kind and courteous. They have quite a lot of bays to work on cars.
