These guys saved my credit card info and charged me several times spanning 2 weeks even though I've only been there once. Don't trust these guys with your card.

They're ok but for the amount they charge, you get a better wash at Kelley's Car Wash on Charles Street and for cheaper price.

Way too expensive. The self car wash is $10 for about 7 minutes when you swipe your card. There is a reason they don't have there prices posted anywhere visible. Total rip off.

Pawtucket towards Central falls, not on Newport Ave. Small, but does what its suppose to do, wash your car. A guy is always at the end, to dry your car if you wash. This one is more of a quick service then other that have detail service, vacuum inside, shine tires etc.

You will need to exchange currency for tokens. The machine accepted the ten dollars and didnt return anything. The supervisor said they checked the cameras and said i didnt put my money in. Smh the owner came. "Guss" and didnt refund the money and nobody has access to the machine. Theyll fix it after telling me theyre cameras didnt see me putting my money in the machine. Ok the check is in the mail right. Never again Karma take over.

This isn't my usual place but it's a decent car wash. The vacuum sure not beep to alert you to add more money so if you're not don't you'd have to pay another $1.50.

I went here on Thursday, Thanksgiving night. I put $7 into the change machine and the machine gave me one token. That is not even enough to rinse my vehicle off. I called the number listed on Google and it just rings non-stop with no voicemail. I don't live near here so it's not like I can go back tomorrow and ask for my money back. I am very upset about this.

Not my favorite Freeway location(prefer Dexter st., Olneyville, or EP) I feel as this is an annex or an Express version. Car wash itself seems much shorter, and less employees/attendants, but it still gets the job done and my car comes out clean, but IMO, just not same level of attention and service as the other locations. I came in June and was informed by attendant that my monthly membership was up, I told him I'd like to renew and I was charged $64.99. I asked why it was more money than usual(regularly about $48/50 and change, can't remember exact amount, but I know for sure it was never over $60 )male attendantdaid prices went up, I asked why I wasn't informed beforehand, and he pointed to a sign written in marker, taped to pole, near car wash entrance. I ran my car thru wash. At end of wash there was no one to dry car as I sat for a cpl min waiting. No one showed, so I figured that wasn't offered at this one, so I pulled off, irritated that my car was still soaked and that prices had went up. I had decided at that moment that for $65 a month it wasn't worth it for me and I prob wouldn't renew next time. I headed to Dexter st and Olneyville locations throughout that month. I go-to Dexter st. Location for wash and i am informed that plan is expired, and I need to renew or pay for single wash. I head inside and was going to pay for single wash as the woman cashier asked if there was any specific reason I was cancelling, I said it was to expensive now, she said she understood as we discussed other cheaper monthly plans. During conversation i realized I had payed more prior, as the price chart/sign listed the plan amount I paid $65 forfee as only $55?.. not over $60...nit $65...I asked why I paid more prior at another location for same plan, and she replied that the price is the same everywhere and it had raised only 5$ or so. I explained full story and she was very nice and asked me to file a complaint, yet I had my son and was on a schedule, and I wasnt sure if I still had receipt.. I told her I'd follow up another time. it had been well over a month and I couldn't find receip, so I did not follow thru, as I had no solid proof. I did take cashier's advice and pay with CC from now on, instead of cash as to prevent fraud and/or have record, it also saves time/hassle as it automatically deducts monthly. I still goto Freeway Car Wash locations and have had a monthly plan since that fiasco. Overall great car wash, and attendants/employees are very friendly, polite, and do great work. I just refuse to goto the Broadway location from now on....monthly plans are worth and the work done is great...I would recommend...Avoid the Pawtucket, Broadway location

They didn't honor my coins from the previous owner I came here to wash and vacuum my car 2 days after they bought the car wash I had specific tokens that I had bought. When they changed owners they didn't honor the tokens. The two guys that I dealt with fairly spoken English and thought that I was trying to get one over on them. It was very rude he told me to leave the lot. I wouldn't recommend women using this car wash the Spanish men accosted to other women while I was there

They literally refuse to clean your rims correctly. Went three time and asked if they could do my rims the correct way still the same result. Don't understand how a car wash doesn't know how to clean rims. They "hand dry" your car. They just give it a once over done very poorly my 10 year old does better.

They just run it through and give a quick wipe down For $33 you would think they would put in a little more effort.

This place is awesome!!! I pay $24.99 a month and I get unlimited car washes! $24.99 a month might seem like a lot to some people but in the end it saves you a lot of money!!! Each time you go through the wash it’s $14 each time and $24.99 a month is cheaper than 2 car washes alone!! And not to mention the staff here are very friendly and understanding!! If you are like me and love having a clean car all year Around for one low price, this is the place for you:)

I buy the monthly package one level down from the top. This one is full service, so they do the inside of windows, and watch the front allweather mats. I drive for UBER, so it keeps my car looking clean.

The monthly membership with unlimited washes is a great deal! Great car wash! In the Winter, it gets the salt off. In the Summer, it gets the Red Spotted Lantern Fly sticky stuff off. Bonus: All of my grandchildren love going through the car wash. They squeal like they're on a roller coaster.
