They are not a professional job, missing belt clip inside seat, truck eas not a fixed one side are loose screw, they damaged inside of door rubber coution, I don't know they had 4 9% rating?

My dad's car was in accident, the Insurance Co. claimed it unrepairable, which meant new car with all its complications for an older driver. the owner Harry and his group put the car together, replaced the junked parts, painted it in less than a week; the car runs and looks as good as new car for an unbelievably affordable price. They did all of this with great, positive, friendly, and sincere attitude likes of it I haven't seen the last couple of decades. Steve J. and his team at F&P are "trusted" mechanics. I moved to the area 8 years ago and left behind a local journeyman mechanic who I thoroughly trusted with my earlier model GMC Yukon. I was referred to Steve by a local JPL engineer. I have not been disappointed. He's super friendly and honest, and takes the time to explain every repair in easy to understand language. I've come to learn that he retains the best mechanics - who could work anywhere - simply because they enjoy the culture at F&P. These mechanics have the experience to service old american cars like mine up to complex brand new european models too. In the past 8 years, F&P has been growing too - in addition to the garage, now they have a body shop, Star smog-check, and more. In fact, any "extra" thing i ask Steve to do to my car, he'll find a way to get it done - and he usually gives me a lift somewhere if i need to leave my car. I recommend Steve and F&P without reservation. I recommend you call ahead because the service bays are usually full and stacked with the recurring customers.

Boy, I apologize for forgetting the names of the front desk guy and the mechanic (is that the title?), but they were working the morning of July 3, 2023, and they were great. I showed up with no appointment and a flapping piece (a "splash shield", apparently) in a tire well. The mechanic gave me a nod of respect for the key ring that kept it in place before fixing it after maybe 30 minutes total. The front desk guy said it was no charge. I said, oh no but you guys took time to do this, and he said, eh, it was just a couple of screws (that's the term I used when I met him - is "stud" better?). So this review is the least I can do.

The best auto repair shop in town ! I have been a long standing customer of Fremont & Purdon. Steve and his team have had the opportunity to service my personal vehicles. It is a real pleasure to have an auto repair shop you can really trust, the work has always been performed in a timely manner at a reasonable price. This is a place I can really count on to take care of my vehicles and keep them running their best as Steve has always stressed "preventative maintenance" will help your vehicle beat the odds. I was scratched by a car while parked so had to get my rear bumper fixed after going to a couple of places & getting estimates they were the best price. Vatche was amazing talking me thru what they do and helping me getting the help I need since it was my first time there and he instantly helped even tho the office was only a few steps away and he could've easily directed me there. Mike from the body shop was so patient & walked me thru what to expect. Gave me an amazing price and was scheduled within the week. Picked it up a few days later and then came back 2 weeks after to get it buffed down. Absolutely amazing! The team here has done an incredible job and went above and beyond buffing out other scratches along the car at no extra charge. Mike answered any questions I've had after the work was completed. Will definitely come back to get maintenance done since they do both at the location. I'll admit I was stress and overwhelmed but their confidence and assurances calmed me down and I felt comfortable leaving the car in their hands. Seriously amazing work especially since I picked up my car while it was raining
