Chad is the manager. I have 2 cars that I wash 3 or more times a week. His courtesy and compassion is amazing. He is very knowledgeable about all the car wash business and strives to exceed the expectations of the industry! I'm going to win the lottery and hire him!!

Had the express pass for a little over a year. Attempted to cancel previous year December as I thought it wasn’t needed during winter months. But manager Chad informed me it was more beneficial to use the wash to get the salt off which can damage paint over time. So I am still coming since this location is clean and even though the staff is always different when I come they are always polite. Would have been 5 stars but I’m sad that the express pass doesn’t work at other locations yet. Thanks CHAD see you soon!

I joined the car wash club and definitely recommend! No matter which level you choose you will enjoy having a clean car! I appreciate the big station where you can prescrub prior to wash and the vacuums have great suction for getting rid of the dog hair and dirt that gets tracked into your car. I have had great interactions with the employees and they are able to answer my questions quickly!

The car wash broke my side mirror. They didn’t care. Poor customer service. Nobody was even working the front desk at the time when I tried to alert them about it. And my car is less than a year old so it’s not exactly like it should be prone to this.

I've been going to this wash for years now. I've had the membership since they started it and was considering canceling this spring however I feel like they recently have upped their game and addressed the areas they were falling short. They've recently gotten in some fresh faces and those employees are INCREDIBLE. Justin (I think?), Giovanni (sp?), David and a few others I didn't catch the name of, are a really great presence. They're hard workers, have positive attitudes, easy to talk to but won't keep ya long if you don't want and seem to really care about the customers. Idk who did it, but they started adding more suds to the pre-wash and it is a GAME CHANGER! If you guys keep the pre-wash sudsy like that, I'll literally never cancel my membership. It ACTUALLY got my car clean from the dead bugs for the first time in like years. I drive through the cornfields a lot and my front end truly looked like a bug cemetery, that'll only get worse as it warms up so PLEASE keep up the suds and the hard work! I also really appreciate the provided towels, so easy to access, easily labeled, the employees are consistently going over and checking the vacuums, garbage cans, etc. They also offer the service of deep cleaning your removable car mats and that's invaluable for some people! If you're looking for a car wash membership, I really think Fuller's is the place, and this specific location is really excellent. It's also right by a bunch of other useful shops so it's a great location to get a bunch of your errands taken care of in one swoop, which makes it a bit easier to justify the time to go to the car wash for those who are super busy. Keep it up and I hope you're taking really good care of your employees because quality workers like that are what make a place like this WORTH my business.

A new addition to the Montgomery/Oswego area. Prices are reasonable. The quality of the wash is expected for an automated drive up wash. I got some wax dripping on my hood and it won’t come off, but it’s not damaging. You stay in the vehicle all the way throughout the 3-5 minutes it takes, except on busy days. On your way out the self serve vacuum system is very good. Bring your own towels if you want to dry any excess water. I recommend to look up their live times, to avoid busy hours.

This car wash is a literal mystery. Because sometimes you’ll end up with a clean car (with a bunch of water on it) And other times it leaves soap on your car.

This place only puts soap in the carts sometimes I’ve been coming here for years and it seems like they care less and less about how neat they keep it and how well they maintain quality. Definitely looking for something else now..

This is my go-to car wash, and I pass many others as I come to this one on Orchard. They have a prewash brush cart available, and they have microfiber cloths for drying. Vacuums work well. Price is fair (range of levels of service is available), and the team there works well together. This is an automatic carwash, and it give me the opportunity to do some detailing of my own as I vac and wipe down the door jambs and exposed areas. Depending on the shape of the car, some small parts (usually the flat surface on the back gate) are missed. I hit those spots while wiping down surfaces.

When I got there, all three lanes were closed. Then I was curious, because it was during business hours. A gentleman came out with a cup of coffee I rolled window down he said we are closed. I asked how do I know when to come back and he pointed at the x’s and said when they are green. It was condescending, because I had already driven from home all the way there then I asked was there an estimated time to come back like how will I know when it’s open and he pointed at the xs again and said when they are green again in a very condescending way. took exception to that, because those xs were red during business hours so I said I can see that the xs are red but how will I know when to come back. He looked at me and said well I can’t give you a time like I was given a time just like no one gave me a time like when my business was having an emergency. That’s when I asked what his name was and he responded that his name was on the side of the building because he’s the owner. That’s when I parked my vehicle and went inside and cancelled both my memberships I had. I no longer want to patronize a business that treats others like I was treated because there are plenty other car washes. His name was Hayden Fuller.
