Worked with Josh in getting a good coilover system for my Jetta GLI. He was super responsive and communicative throughout the whole process on what was going on and when. Ran into an issue after install where I had the standard Jetta lower mounts for my rear shocks and he got it squared away super quick. Got the company to send out 2 new bottom mounts for the GLI and they provided a shipping label to send the standard Jetta ones back. Overall super happy with the experience and will definitely be hitting Josh up for future parts!

Joshua from functionwerks is an amazing fella to work with. His airlift management listing on FB marketplace was an amazing deal that no one could pass up I had to jump in on it. I placed my order and within a few days everything was at my door steps. Joshua is very very responsive and super helpful it does not matter what time of the day it is if you hit him up expect a response in seconds !! Unfortunately there was a hiccup with one of my package while in transit and Joshua got on it super fast and made sure that I received everything that was ordered.
