My first experience with Future Ford of Roseville Service Department was excellent. I had 12V battery troubles and a recall to get serviced. Brandon did a great job listening and communicating. The process took a little longer than expected but we were well informed to adapt. Honestly I can’t think of a time I could give an automotive service center a 5star. There is always a first!

I was actually nervous about bringing the car to a dealership. I’ve mostly take my cars to a mom and pop shop or Firestone. The work that I was told needed to be done had to be done at a dealership though. The experience was painless and my service contact Darrell was so nice and helpful. He explained everything and kept me up to date on status of my car. Over all a great experience and I may just be a dealership convert.

Easy Peasy. I dropped the car off the night before, Jason called me the morning of the appointment. We discussed what it needed, he recommended a few items be checked, didn’t give me a pressure sale. I still ended up with more work that needed to get done (oil change and rear diff flush). He even helped me out with some info I was looking for regarding the passenger door.

I continue to be a satisfied customer of Future Ford of Roseville. Joshua Jimenez was my service advisor and he took the time with me to listen to my concerns, he was very patient with me during check in and check out of my vehicle. He took time to show me the video/photos of an issues that came up, and assisted me in scheduling a return visit. I have been a long time satisfied customer of Future Ford and would highly recommend them. I appreciate the videos and photos taken at the time of service, showing customers necessary repairs or issues. I think it is a great feature for the service department.
