They just replaced some modules to last only a short period of time. Don't waste your time and money here it's only a temporary fix and your car will still fail smog.

My car was hooked up to the computer and all was seen & told to me was I needed whatever the 8 plugs was fixed. A week after fixing them it starts acting up again and my check engine light comes on. Now they say it’s my Cadillac converter. Sounds like they switched out my Cadillac converter and now they say they under new management. Horrible!!! service

I took my 2012 Prius C here because the main hybrid battery went out. He was cheaper than the dealer. Gave me 3 year warranty. They replaced my main large hybrid battery and released the car to me. It quit on me again. I got a warning message again. Large main battery malfunctioned. They fixed it. Quit on me again. This time the small battery apparently went out. They repaired that. Did not screw on my back cover properly left the thing wide open. However this time the car worked. Mind you at this point the car has been to him three times. I drove the car for a few months and the main large battery went out again. It’s under warranty so he is fixing it no charge. Here is where the fun really begins. He told me it would take two days tops that I would have the car by last weekend for sure. That last weekend has now passed, and it’s been a full business week. He tells me he will call me back and he does not. He hung up on me. He makes promises that he’s not keeping. I’ve called him seven times today and he’s turned off his phone. I understand if there’s a delay in the Repair, but he’s simply not being accountable to me. Do not go to this man for any work. (Hugo)

The staff at HRG is amazing. The owner is very easy going and he and his staff know their stuff for hybrid cars. They changed my ABS actuator, but I saw them working on different parts too. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Prices are fair and they give you the expectations on the repair. There was a delay in my repair, but the owner let me know right away. Still got my car the same day. My go to place for my Prius from now on!

read some comments and sounds like the 1 star are right, came here got my headers replaced and after 3 weeks of driving it and even more bigger issue came that i NEVER HAD BEFORE TAKING IT TO THESE CLOWNS. Save your money these guys are a scam.

I bought a Camry for my granddaughter knowing the hybrid battery might need some attention and when I checked around shops wanted $ 3,000. To replace it. Future Hybrids in Colton wouldn't price it until they checked it. So we took it down and after the free diagnosis, quoted me $800. And since i had already disassembled the back seat he would reassemble it. I agreed and made a next morning drop off appt. We were early, he was a bit late , the car went in the parking lot, he said he would call when it was done. I was skeptical on the final price and expected to get some add on charges due to unforseen circumstances. He called about 3pm said it was done. We went down and he said he had to replace an extra battery cell because it was looking weak. But it was all fixed and ready to go. I asked so how much is it now? He didn't even hesitate when he answered. Eight hundred dollars. I was a surprised happy camper. His shop isn't all pretty or fancy but he gets it done and he stuck to his price which was way lower than the others and he's honest. A rare thing now.

I brought my 2010 toyota prius in here for big battery repairs. Charged me $800 with a 3 month warranty. First repair lasted less then a week. Check hybrid system warning light went off. Brought it back and they tried to repair it, told me it was the AC compressor going bad and I can drive it with the warning light on or they will take out AC part and give it to me and reset system. So I shut down the AC even though my car only has 125,000 miles. Drive it a few days and the check hybrid system light goes off with the AC disabled. Bring it back, they repair it amd tell me AC is fine, Check hybrid system goes off again. Bring it back, Fabian says it has to be your spark plugs or something else needs to be cleaned under the hood. Light will keep going off until you fix these problems. So stupid as I am, I give him $500 to do this. They do the repair. Week later. You guessed it. Check hybrid system light goes off. Bring it back two more times because the check hybrid system light keeps going off. I thought it was finally fixed, one gas tank later. Check hybrid system light goes off. Finally say forget it, found a place in city of orange that will replace with a new battery for $2700. Fabian wanted $3600 even after all this nonsense. They also get grease marks all over the white interior. $1300 down the drain. Go somewhere else.
