This is a great shop that is AAA approved. The serpentine belt on my van went out and Danny had a new one on within an hour. I could tell they are pros so I asked for the free AAA 40 point inspection. They found a few issues that I was already vaguely aware of and provided quotes for each that were more than fair. Upper and lower ball joints on one side, front brakes and shocks. I went with the recommendations Danny provided as I could tell he's got a lot of experience and is a master of his craft. This was a lot of work that took a bit longer but that was expected. I however was surprised again by how quick they got it completed. I'm back on the road and my van handling great now.

I don't have any complaints - they were great! They were a AAA recommended mechanic, and AAA was having a special - $34.99 for preventative maintenance which included an oil change, tire rotation, and 40-point inspection. I let them know a few concerns I had, and at the end I still only owed $35 plus tax. They didn't try to over-sell me, they said my car was working great - which was surprising because it has 138,000 miles! Also - I came early to get it done before work, and they said it would be a couple of hours, so one of the gentlemen drove me to work! I luckily got a ride back, but they offered to pick me up at the end of day as well! Service was great, car is running great. I'll definitely trust these folks with my vehicle again. THANK YOU

Had to get a 0.2 mile tow from this company today. It took over 3 hours to get them to where I was (according to the map, they are located less than 15 minutes from where my car broke down) and after the second time I called asking for an eta (they were already 30 minutes after their hour and a half pickup time at this point) They started blocking my calls & sending me straight to voicemail. And I had to go through my insurance to get any responses at all from them. I am actually still waiting for a tow as I write this review. Just insane. So insane it prompted me to write my first Google review ever without a promotion incentive. Thats how bad I want you to know not to trust this service.

Let me start off by saying, I never write reviews. But for this place I had to. Car issues are stressful for everyone and when my car wouldn't start I knew exactly what the problem was and I called up Galaxy and let them know I was going to have my car towed over, and they promptly asked me some questions so that when I came in they could know what to expect. They literally replaced my bad starter within 2 hours and got me a better quality one than the last mechanic I went to. The level of care and respect they have for their customers is unmatched and I will certainly be going back for my future car needs.

I went in for an issue with my headlight and the service was superior. Honestly, I was price $300+ dollars to fix a headlight at Midas "because my wiring harness connectors had melted" I came here and the gentleman let me know there was in fact no sign of that and I was good to go. He didn't charge me for his service. So, I at the very least owe it to this great company to give an honest review. Highly recommend.

I was lucky to have AAA recommend Galaxy Automotive when the technician determined my battery was fine, but something else was causing the starting issue. Galaxy found the issue quickly, explained it thoroughly, and fixed it professionally at a very fair price. I recently had an A/C issue and being so impressed with the last experience, decided to go to Galaxy instead of the dealer. Again, what a great experience with the same professionalism, and value. It's obvious that the team cares about their work. Danny is amazing and I'll be a customer for a long time. I'm so glad to have found Galaxy Automotive.

Was shopping around for someone to do my pads and rotors, and these guys came in with the lowest bid. Danny seemed competent and amicable on the phone, so I decided to give these guys a shot, and some business (easy brake labor). These guys did a great job, and both Rick and Danny are really great people to deal with. My only complaint is that I wasn't really given a time frame for the job, it took over 6 hours to get my car back, and I was not called when my car was ready. However, I won't dock a star for any of this because these guys did a solid job at a great price. Would recommend.

I was in a car accident and insurance wouldn't cover the damages, but Michael from Galaxy Auto really made it all better. Because I'm young and a woman I was worried I'd get overcharged, but Michael treated me and my car with utmost respect. He was very communicative and explained all the work, listened well and did the exact repairs I needed to get my car on the road, nothing more. He even pinned my bumper back as an added bonus. The work was done quickly, and he even got my car inspected to get it ready for Texas registration! I am absolutely ecstatic at the service I received and would 11/10 recommend this place. I thought I already did a review for this spot. Wow. What an experience. Thank God for AAA's referral.. which I ignored twice and got burnt by two different dealerships both a Chevy dealer. Galaxy was half the price only they actually fixed the problem. I also brought my 2005 Mazda and my 2020 Challenger. I got all vehicles back in a timely manner and have not had any problems since. Thanks guys

Took my car to them in 2017 when my transmission died. Quoted me a LOW price on a new transmission ($2300) but I opted to junk the car instead. They got it barely running for $40 lol They did something to it but wasn't trying to get money for it apparently.

I really want to like this place because they’ve done good work at a reasonable price for me, but every time I go there lately there’s a short-haired blond man behind the desk who acts like he’d literally rather do anything but work on my car. He’s so rude and unhelpful. Today I went in for an emissions test and to buy new tires (ready to drop like $800+) and he told me the inspection guy wasn’t there. Then didn’t say anything else! Like ok, it’s an emissions test, aren’t you a mechanic? Or, couldn’t you look at my tires? So I ask when this other person would be back or what their hours are so I know when I could come back and he said they’d be back in 45 minutes but also that they’re just in and out all day so they never really know. Still nothing about looking at my tires. So I just said ok I guess nevermind and left, like….do you want my business or not? I guess not! The last time I went was to get my aux battery changed and had been told by someone else to call ahead so they could get one in stock. When I called, they acted like they’ve never heard of that policy and just to come in. So I did and it was this same man. He was like ‘we don’t keep those in stock’. Period. Nothing else. I had to PRY the information out of him and it turned out they just needed to go pick one up from the dealership. So he told me it would be 2 hours and they’d call. 2 hours passes with nothing so I call and he told me it would just be another 20 minutes, so I made my way back there. By the time they were done, another full hour had passed, and no one checked in or said anything to me about it. If he didn’t work here, I’d make this place my go-to mechanic but unfortunately he does and I don’t deserve to be treated so rudely.

Danny, the owner and Michael the front desk man are both wonderful men! Every time I’ve brought my car to them they serviced it properly and I’ve never had to bring it back for the same problem. They are professional and gentlemanly. The cost is not cheap but the work is excellent.
