We had a problem with our doors not locking. I contacted Gallaher and they sent a tech out the same day. James Heath started troubleshooting and found the main cause and a few other issues. We were preparing to move our worship services back into our newly renovated auditorium within 4 days when I noticed that the painters had knocked our main projector out of alignment so that only half the image was on the main screen. This projector is suspended ~20 feet above the floor and I had no way to get up there to fix it. There were two Gallaher techs onsite, working on a totally different system in our building. I mentioned to Colin and Tyler(?) my predicament and without batting an eye, Colin said, “I think I have a ladder on my truck that could reach that.” I watched with bated breath as they disappeared and came back with one of the biggest A-frame ladders I’ve ever seen. While Tyler(?) held the base, Colin climbed up and had a couple of feet to spare in reaching the projector. He was easily able to re-align it perfectly, so it looked like it had never been touched! It only took a few minutes for them to get the ladder, make the adjustment, and save the day! This is the kind of extra, above the call service we get from the Gallaher technicians. They’re professional, courteous, and dependable. That’s why I’m glad we have a working relationship with Gallaher & Associates!★★★★★ 10 months ago
