I got an email from Garlyn Shelton reminding me I needed service, I clicked the button and scheduled an appointment, got to the dealer - no record of it. It took two hours to get an oil change. When my car was ready, I stood at the counter for 15 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. Who knows when anyone would have gotten around to telling me my car was finally done. I had already been there two hours! The only reason I go to Garlyn Shelton is because I prepaid for maintenance. It is obviously a terrible place to work because the staff in the service department are apparently miserable. I feel like its an imposition to get the complementary car wash. Miserable employees, miserable customers, dread having to return

They got our plates from our sales person and got them put on (above and beyond). And we picked up a beautiful working truck that had even been washed. My vehicle was making an ungodly noise, and I thought it was the wheel bearing. I made an appointment and when I got there, Gene met me in the garage and I told him what was going on. He has the same car I do, and told me he believes it is gunk that accumulates on the type of brake pads I have. Sure enough, with in 20 mins, he came out and told me that is exactly what it was, and that my brakes are fine. Within 30 mins from that, I was checking out and back on the road home.
