We had our older GMC in for service and talking with Walter Dickey the service manager and looking at options, he introduced us to Matthew Gary Senior Sales Specialist and what an amazing, knowledgeable person. He found the best option for us and worked with the finance team to get us the best deal. I really wanted to have a good relationship with this dealership, but I don’t think that’s going to happen. I’ve already had issues with my car, and it’s only been just over a month. Yesterday, my radio went out. Today when I went there I spoke with Gene from services about it, he was dismissive and said, “that’s a Dodge thing,” and then told me that the warranty I was kinda pushed to buy wouldn’t cover the problem. I’m truly disappointed! This car was supposed to be a special retirement gift for my children and myself. I expected better support and honesty. I hope the dealership takes this seriously and addresses these issues, because this level of service is not what anyone should experience.

I cannot recommend this place enough, and specifically Max, who was absolutely incredible. We visited to find my sister a car, and Max truly went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of perfect. What impressed us most was his willingness to sit down and walk us through every single question we had. He provided honest, straightforward answers and made sure we were completely comfortable with every detail before moving forward. He was incredibly patient and dedicated, helping her find a car that she truly liked and didn't have to settle for. Max provides a level of genuine transparency and dedicated customer service that we really appreciated. He handled everything with such professionalism that it made the entire car-buying process seamless and stress-free. I am already planning to return later this year for myself, and I will definitely be asking to work with Max again. Recently purchased a gmc truck at Garlyn Shelton Buick GMC, and was extremely impressed with the experience. Chad was my salesperson and did an excellent job showing me the vehicles I was interested in and explaining in great detail all of the features of each one and finding me the truck that I wanted. The whole experience was great all the way through, especially in dealing with Jimmy in the finance department who made it all happen in the best way for me. Steve was the ambassador that gave me a great overview all of the features and made sure that I was all set up with everything before I left the dealership. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to check here first, the only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because I can't give more.
