If I could give it zero stars I would - this place is terrible. My car came out just as dirty as it went in. And good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. I left a message....we'll see if anyone ever gets back to me

I purposely went to a touchless wash to attempt to rinse some of the salt and sand off of my vehicle, knowing it wouldn't come out perfectly clean but hopefully less salty. Other than my wheels being slightly less dirty, I saw no difference in before and after on any body panel. It didn't even loosen some fresh dirt on the lower door panel. Might as well have thrown $9 down the sewer.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in yesterday and it smashed my back window out! There was no one there working and the number on the website is out of service!! I have come here before and NOT gotten my back window smashed in so I know how to use the car wash. Now I have to pay to get a new window?!? Don't believe me?? Check your cameras!!
