I have had a recall on my vehicle I purchased from them. Took it into the shop unfortunately did not have the part. They “put in a ticket” to order the part for my vehicle haven’t heard from them in over a month. Upset they brushed it off. I paid for my car to be serviced at any time that I need it. I don’t do unreliable. Very disappointed.

Edit: 4 months later. My car is still at the dealership. Supposedly they have put a new engine in my car, but it made a lot of noise so they ordered a new engine again. We still have not been offered a loaner car. The only thing we have been offered was to be reimbursed for a rental car from Hyundai not the dealership, but I have zero faith that would be paid back promptly or even at all at this point. My car has been at this dealership for almost 10 months. Very, very frustrated. Hyundai is replacing my motor because it seized. There is a class action lawsuit so they are replacing the motor for free, which is great. However they have had my car for since the beginning of December. Today is May 12th. We keep getting there are only a few cars ahead of yours, oh this part is being machined, it should only be a couple more weeks, that was February or March. I am currently on hold waiting for the service department to answer and am at 40 mins. They didn't offer a loaner car until we mentioned it months later and they then said we had to be put at the back of the list for a loaner. Do not expect anything to be done quickly. The people are nice to deal with, but their policies and timeliness are very poor.

I have gotten the run around and I still don't have my car back. I took it in for recalls, 4 to 5 weeks ago and haven't seen it since. So frustrated and disappointed. I call and most of the time the tech is out to lunch or on a test drive and she will have him to call back. (Which never happens). At this point it's just a big Wow!

‼️Total service time = real service time (short)+ agents lunch time ❌May take >3hrs if your reservation for oil/filter change was between 10am-1pm. Due to YOUR AGENT’s lunch time.🙂excellent experience with Jasmine! ‼️Building is under construction, which is the excuse for service team treat their client so cold and indifferent. Huge difference with the sales team. ⭕️Sales representatives are great and helpful. ⭕️Mechanicians are brilliant, they can always get your car troubleshooted and ready in an hour. ❌Service agents alway hold them back. No teamwork or communications when service their clients. Once you have an agent, nobody else will provide service even though your agent is out for lunch and your car is ready and waiting outside for more than a hour. Regular oil filter maintenance & change will take ~3hr especially when your appointment is after 10am. This happened three times to me in this GENE MESSER. I saw my car was ready and waiting outside. Key and paperwork were delivered to the office. But I still need to wait for 1-2hrs for my agents got back from her lunch. Happened twice on Jasmine. Happened to another gentleman sitting in the corner once (but he moved fast after he came back, so that delay was acceptable for me)

The only thing I do not like is, you make a appointment for oil change and it may take 3 hours, so why make a appointment to start with? Ask to have cab filter changed and we ended up getting one after we got vehicle back and changing it ourself, was given a free one upon next visit. We had recalls on our vehicle when we had oil changed and we found out there were 2 recalls on vehicle when we were taking it for oil changes but they were never checked.

Husband went to go get rooters and brakes fixed and now they are expecting us to pay for something that was never broken (car is now making a squealing noise). We are now waiting for a return call

I was going to have my Hyundai towed there after trouble with transmission. First, I couldn’t talk to anyone in the phone so I just had car towed there. After standing in garage area waiting to talk to service advisor for about 3 minutes without them acknowledging me, I finally got to speak to a rude man. He asked me what was going on. I told him it was being towed from another company because they couldn’t fix it and he said they were 4-5 weeks out to look at it. I had already had a bad experience there years ago and swore I would never go back. Out of desperation I went back and it just reiterated why I will never go back there again. Rude customer service and lack of empathy for customers coming to them for help. Gene Messer, you have a mess in your hands with that service department!!!

So they have had my car for over 7 months. I have called the service center several times and got the run around and get told my car will be ready at the end of the week or first of next week. I have been told this at least 4 times now. Mind you I have not recieved one phone call from the service center the whole 7 months. I even told them the last time I called that no one has ever called me and still nothing. Its been about a month now since my last call and still nothing. Looking at the other reviews apparently Im not the only one with the same issue. I think I have been very patient but 7+ months with no one reaching out is really bad. If you have a recall and if possible take your car somewhere else because they will not get in any hurry to fix it and they will not reach out and keep you updated.

I want to love them so much! I've bought 3 new vehicles there and referred friends and family to them. The sales people are amazing but the service department is trash. Had my car for 3 months and returned with a new part, same broken transmission issue and a flat tire. Treated like it was my fault! Manager was just as horrible! Basically threatened that Hyundai was going to make me pay for the wrong repairs and then! Been begging them to fix the same thing since March and almost out of warranty now. They dont care if you are paying car payments plus rentals... they arent the ones trying to get to work every day to pay the bills! Hoping the GM fixes it. I will be so happy to change my review once my car is fixed!

Wish there was an option for Zero Stars! …horrible service!!! the experience and customer service I have received from the service department has really made me regret buying a car from this dealership. Being 7 months pregnant and dealing with the service department the last two weeks and been so awful and stressful. I have experienced poor communication, basically no communication I was the one calling multiple times and requesting updates. There was a misunderstanding about what work was actually done and on what dates work was done, because of inaccurate work tickets. So I had to explain multiple times and repeat my request for service until the job finally was completed. I also work in customer service in an office setting, and was aware of the system being shut down but the lack of consideration, and poor professionalism, inaccurate information, lack of documentation of my situation was very disappointing. Will not be recommending anyone to hyundai.

One star is being generous. The service department had my vehicle for over 50 days! Never answered the phone, never called with any updates. I initially took my car to have a check engine light diagnosed, well the first time they claimed to have fixed the problem only for it to have to be returned the next day for the same problem. They went back& forth for weeks with Techline to diagnose the problem, only for Hyundai to decline to provide assistance. Complete joke!!!
