The folks at Genuine Car Care Center have once again helped me solve a problem with my car and refused to charge me. I am a female and very leary of taking my car in for service without my dad or husband. Today, I went to 2 gas stations and tried to add air to my dad’s truck tires. Three of the tires would not accept air but instead I was losing air. Because of my past excellent experience with GCCC - I took my dads truck to them and they were able to put air in my tires and did not try to sell me new tires or tell me there was a valve/stem problem. They also refused to charge me. I was there a while back for another issue and they noticed a small light bulb that was not working and replaced it at no charge. I have taken my car to them, my sons car, and my husbands truck and every time they are straight up honest and charge a fair price and seem to “genuinely care” about helping people. I highly recommend them!!!

Met these guys a couple of years ago thru Don @ O Riley auto parts. I was trying to have new struts installed on my 08 Ford Taurus Ltd. When the local Ford dealer was unable to accomplish the job in 30 days I went to Genuine. They completed the task in 3 hours. Since then they have replaced my rear brakes and valve cover gaskets. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to keep a car in top running condition, even a old whoopee like mine. Thanks guys!

Today was my first time here at their car wash. I must say I have been searching for a wash that would clean my car. The car washes I’ve tried just don’t cut it. This place has very nice workers and the wash has self wash and soft touch/touchless. I used soft touch. I was impressed . I had sn issue with my payment card and they assisted me. I will be making this my go to car wash. Also good price. I didn’t get many pictures just of the inside.

I started using Genuine when my company started using them for their fleet maintenance and was so impressed with their service that I have been using them for the last 10 years for my personal vehicles.
