Lloyd worked on a couple of cars that I owned. The last repair was costly but was nowhere close to what I would've been charged if I took my car to the dealership. I was quoted a max amount of $2,000 but Lloyd was able to do the repair for $900. He recently worked on my cousin's car. She was quoted almost $600 at PepBoys. Lloyd did her repair for 1/2 the cost. If you want a great mechanic with honest and reasonable prices, take your vehicle to George's Automotive. You won't regret it!

Lloyd is honest, skilled, and FAST! His prices are better than anywhere else. He almost always fixes a problem for you right away, within a day. When other places say no to a problem, or it's super expensive, Lloyd says yes, and he does it so reasonably priced you almost faint. I cannot say enough nice things about George's Automotive. I was referred there by a friend years ago, and I have referred my friends erver since.

I was attempting to do 0 stars it would not allow I'm an older female I was referred to this place by family!! I dropped my car off there feb 8, 2023 for a inspection coil replacement received my car back in worse condition than I dropped it off in with 30 extra miles on it and out of gas this is not okay!! They also tried to price gouge me because I was not knowledgeable about cars the wife said if anything needed repair over what I agreed to I would be contacted I called about my car and she attempted to charge me an extra 394$ above what we discussed for otherr coils the mechanich replaced so he says using his shop warranty!! It's a shame that people will try to take advantage of anyone not knowledgeable about cars and that they think have no man with them or backup!!! This business should not be allowed to do this to me or any other female and for the wife/receptionist she should be ashamed of herself she was dodging me and putting her husband on the phone after lying trying to charge me for other so called repairs which she said ar the time of our agreement she she would call to get my permission for Im calling the better business bureau this is unreal and is a deterrence for me to trust repairs done on my own!! Truly sad and disgusted!!!

Was quoted $1500+ at the dealership for all the maintenance work that needed to be done. Paid George only 20% of that for the same job, and he did it in a very timely manner! He was done in less than 3hrs! I expected the car will be in service for the whole day! Great customer service, too!

A family run place that is straight forward on how they deal with their customers. Let's face it, we would prefer not to spend money on repairs, but when we do, we want someone that does their job correctly and is trustworthy when they do it. This is exactly what I experienced here at George's. As a heads up, like some small auto repair garages, there is little extra room to park your car, which can be a hassle, but that's also a good sign that people want to do business with them.

Still our go-to car mechanic for our BMW. Now it's my son (next generation) who is a loyal customer. Loy has been taking care of our 650 since the day it run out of warranty until now that I've given it to my son. Very fair in pricing but sometimes they get so busy so you should make sure to make an appointment or discuss your situation with them. I wish they can also do alignment for our newly added Tesla, maybe in the future, can't wait. Highly recommended for any type of car.

I came her 2nd because Nicks down the street was not able to fix my audi he actually told me I should just sell it!! lol So I was considering getting some work done here at George’s on my Audi Q5. The lady who works there. She told me that I would have to pay a fee 1st for them to even look at my car 1st before they could tell me anything! I feel like she looked at me driving a foreign car and thought I was made out of gold so I just went to the mechanic down the street. Right a cross from the freeway entrance. I have to find out the name of that shop, but they are adjoined with a gas station. Very nice guy fix my car no problem, after him inspecting the car, he told me a few things that needed to be fixed and he told me the ones that needed to be fixed most importantly, and I went with those corrections and it was affordable. My car was running. Great. I will definitely be going back to him and not George or Nick !

Honest, quality service from an Asian-owned small family business! I've had my Ford Econoline serviced here about 4 times now, and Lloyd is my go-to mechanic in the East Bay for his fast service time, honest pricing, and high skill. I've had service as small as an oil change and as large as my power steering completely failing, and he could do it all. Can't recommend the place more!
