I had my car repaired here after an accident and they were very quick! All of the staff that I encountered were very nice, I appreciate all of their help! When I received my car it was super clean and the part that was involved in the accident looked great! I could not have had a better experience.

I was sent to this place by my insurance company. When I walked through the door the lady at the desk looked me up and down with a frown on her face. She was very rude and snotty. I was asked why did I get a rental car already and who told me to drop the car off. I showed her the text from Gerber. Then I was told my car would get in when they could get to it. The woman doing the estimate on my car had every excuse as to why State Farm wouldn’t pay for this and that. I was annoyed with the entire visit. State Farm called me about an hour later and told me to go get my car and take it to another place. My agent was told that my car couldn’t get in to be serviced until November, today is 10-3-23. The staff is rude and unprofessional. (Racist)

Debris flew out of a truck and shattered the windshield and dented the roof of our Lincoln Navigator. We needed the vehicle fixed as soon as possible to get kids to school and us to work. Gerber got the parts and had it fixed within a week. They worked well with our insurance.
