There are times you are treated with such excellence at a business that it simply is worth the time to share. It started with the initial phone call, a sincerely kind lady first inquired if my daughter was OK after the car accident she was in. Later, they were extremely prompt and professional to get the estimate done. Unfortunately the car was officially totaled, at which point we decided to take it as is and try to do some of the repairs independently. When picking up the car, it took a few extra minutes for them to pull it around from inside the shop. A little curious about this, I quickly discovered it was because they were doing some simple repair steps on an extremely cold day to make it was more easily drivable for us to leave. Extremely unexpected as they were not getting paid anything to do this extra work, and I certainly had not asked them to do that, but this is the kind of place Gerber is. They simply go so far over the top to be kind and helpful. Finally, even though they weren’t doing the repairs, I had called back with a question on the estimate as I was coordinating my independent repairs, and once again despite them talking to someone who would not be a paying customer to their business, they once again were so extraordinarily kind and helpful to answer some questions on the phone. This is simply not a typical experience from a repair shop, but worth sharing what an outstanding place this is!!

I brought in my 2010 Mercedes to have some minor scratch repair done. Gerber replaced both bumpers and went above and beyond to make sure the paint match was flawless. I am impressed by the craftsmanship of the work as I cannot tell a difference between the factory paint job and Gerber’s. Absolutely amazing work. Their communication was also fabulous. I got texts at every stage in the process.

A true test of a business’ care and values are how they treat the customers that don’t spend money with them. This is one such business. Austin was not able to get my car in but he went above and beyond helping me find a place that would. I was visiting from out of town, and had just had a toddler break his leg. I was at a loss for where I could get my car fixed enough to drive home to St Louis. With his help I was able to get my car in that day and drive home the next day.
