It’s always nice to find a place like this you can feel confident when you drop off a car they won’t try to “upsell” work or service you don’t really need or want. Well you would think that radiator would last almost 200k miles. My Personal Attendants at Gibbs Found The problem, Checked to see if It will a waste of time & money..Test Test Test It Was A Go..They had It Up On The Rack and Showed Me Other Things To Think About Fixing..I'm Glad My Neighbor Told Us About Gibbs Auto, They Said You Can Trust Them...All We Have To Do Is Get Them Out By Tucson Estates...

Took my f250 super duty here for warranty work and the customer service is through the roof. Hospitality is amazing I felt like I’ve been going there for years. I stopped at Gibbs to get a new bulb for my front right turn signal. My first time there and I expected it would probably take at least 45 minutes to get the job done. Micaela had me fill out the paperwork immediately, took my keys and in less than 20 minutes I was checking out and going my way. They put aside their other work to take care of small problem, I'm sure, and the office & shop were clean and very efficient. They just made a loyal customer! Thanks y'all

They got me in within 24-hours, we're super accommodating, and had reasonable prices. They weren't dismissive when I said my issue was likely a window regulator and ordered one before I arrived! I've had good mechanics before, but GIBBS's customer service was the best. Everyone was so friendly. George was happy to update me and made sure I had a ride. I asked for a secondary quote because I couldn't get my seat to move. When he looked, it started working again. Instead of trying to sell me on a repair I didn't need, he showed and explained what might have caused me issues before, and if it returns, what the issue likely is. I plan to return and would recommend to anyone!

I recently had a check engine light go on on my 2012 Kia. I called several repair shops I have used in the past. One told me it would take several hours and cost around $80 for the computer diagnostics evaluation. Another quoted even more. I called Gibbs on advise of a friend. Gibbs told me to bring my car over. The computer diagnostics took about 5 minutes and they did not charge me. The work was scheduled and done very well. I had been told my Kia needed new brakes. Gibbs checked them at no cost and told me they were fine, nothing needed there. They gave me a ride home when I took the car in for the repair work. Everyone is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The charge was fair and reasonable. This is an outstanding repair shop. I’m glad I found them.

I took my 2017 promaster to Gibbs after returning to Tucson from New Hampshire from a fishing trip. I had several codes that needed attention and they were very busy and I had to wait one and a half weeks before they could get it in. Due to the great reviews I was willing to wait. I brought it in on Tuesday the 16th, they ordered the necessary parts and my vehicle was back in on Thursday afternoon on the 18th. My van was done on the next Friday afternoon. They did a great job and everything went as they explained. I'm glad to have my travel van back in great order and back on the fishing trail. Thank you guys for being a good reputable place right here in Tucson. I don’t live in Tucson anymore but every time I need car repairs I am sad I can no longer go to Gibbs. I came back to leave this review because since leaving I have yet to find a repair shop that is as honest, willing to explain what is wrong with my car and what they are going to do with it, what should be prioritized, and as friendly as Gibbs automotive is. I wish I could still bring my car by. Thank you Gibbs, for showing young women how they should be treated in the mechanic world because that has not my experience everywhere. Can’t recommend enough.

I've been to Gibbs Automotive several times and each time everyone has been wonderful. They make time for me, and explain everything, even a plan for issues needing to be addressed in the future. Professional and nice and doesn't over charge for parts and labor. Thorough diag and let me know everything that needed replacement or still had some life left. Really great mechanic that I will be going back to. My only complaint is the time. It took 3 months, but I understand it was major work. Anyway, George is bad ass and I like the whole team there. George even gave me a loaner car. 100% would recommend💯💯💯💯💯
