NOT THE SAME QUALITY. The drive has been necked down even tighter "for the scanners", that makes it difficult to make the turn to enter the wash bay. The wash was not thorough, with grime still in various places all over my rig!

Love the people that work here. They're attentive. Car wash does a decent job of washing. We've been bringing our cars here since they first opened. We had a 2008 expedition and never had an issue with anything. In December 2021 at bought a brand new van. My wife eventually got the monthly membership again on this, of which I didn't want her to get on a brand new vehicle. She started going and I went with her and noticed the side spinning brushes would move our car, meaning it was pushing on the side of our van. This causes it to scratch the vehicle. 😳. I showed the employee but told them I didn't want anything done about it. I just wanted to cancel our membership and hope then changed how their equipment touches vehicles so aggressively. I never got a call but didn't care to get one either. Fast forward to last week, I was getting into the van and asked if she just went to the car wash. Sure enough, she had just gone. I only knew because the damage caused. The scratches are not just on the surface and are deep. This from an almost 6 month old car going to only this car wash ever. I normally hand wash it with a foam cannon that doesn't require actually putting hands on the paint at all, most dirtiness is just dust. Needless to say, be careful going here. I don't want to not go here but the damage after only 6 months is baffling. 😞

I’ve been a monthly member of the GO Car Wash in Central Point since the day it opened. I’ve noticed a few small dents on the passenger side of my car on the trim, over the last month and have been paying attention. Everytime I go through the car wash it gets worse. I spoke to a manager today who nicely told me, sorry there is no way you can prove that, nothing we can do about it. I get that I cant prove it but how about you have a machine that doesn’t dent my car. I’m super disappointed. I immediately canceled my membership and will be going elsewhere. Sad not to be supporting a local CP carwash. If you go through this carwash you better be watching, my car looks horrible!

The wash I got was horrible. I got outside and the whole back of my car was dirty like the brush is completely missed. It wasn’t clean at all that I went went out and vacuumed in the vacuum next to my carport didn’t have any suction. My car was also soaking wet. I went over to the clean towel bin and it was empty.

Just signed up for the "Go Big" membership. Exiquia was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! I rolled in with dust and dirt all over my car and left with basically a whole new car. Looked as good as the day I bought it.

This car wash has gone from fantastic to horrible since the ownership changed. They prioritize selling new memberships while holding customers up waiting to get their car washed. Today we sat behind a SUV while the lady held her cell phone out the window so the tenant could sell them a subscription. After waiting 15 minutes they finally finished and I got the car washed. This issue of holding lines up without any care about the customer is poor service. This was the final straw after several instances of this happening. After the wash I went to their competitor and signed up with them. I then went back to Go carwash and cancelled my membership with them. Good riddance!! Go with a locally owned carwash and bypass these bozos!

Each time I’ve visited the staff members are super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Shout out to Sam who helped me rearrange my memberships! Nice spot if you need to drive through quick and clean the car up. Although it doesn’t offer as many unique features as other car washes it covers the basics and does the job. Would like to see go wash upgrade this location with larger tunnel and superior vacuums, fingers crossed because this location would benefit from an upgrade. Updated this review 5/11/25: new go car wash in Medford Ross ln location with longer tunnel offers more wash elements than this central point location (also has pressurized air nozzle to compliment their vacuums major plus).

Great local carwash, friendly staff, my dog loves the dog treats. The only complaint I have is the final rinse not getting all the soap rinsed off. Ex-quia was so friendly and nice!

The central point location is my favorite. Employees are usually really nice and helpful. The gal that helped me today, Exiquia, I think her name is always helpful and has a smile on her face. She even recognizes my son and me when we go through. Only docked 1 star because it seems lately the rinse at the very end has been turned way down and sometimes doesn't get all the soap off my car before the blowers start drying.
