Favorite car wash place, great customer service, free vacuums and overall just a great experience. Their most expensive wash is like $16, which is super fair in my opinion for what you get. They're also opening a new location at the end of McAndrews and Ross Ln, which is just a perfect spot for me I can't wait 🫠 they have locations all over town so they're very accessible and having a subscription is just win/win.

I don’t leave poor reviews often but this car wash is the WORST I have EVER used. -Vastly overpriced. I haven’t seen a car wash this expensive in Utah, New Mexico, Texas or Oregon. -Poor functionality. When my car was through the wash, 3/4 of it hadn’t even been blown dry by the car wash. My rims were FILTHY with not one drop of water touching them through the wash—they were covered in dust which should easily have washed away. The front of my car was still COVERED in bugs and debris that easily wiped off—poor wash quality. -Vacuums: out of order and there is only one vacuum between each car meaning you have to wait for the other person vacuuming their car to get done before you can use it. Overall: go somewhere else. 0/5 stars. Unimpressed. Needs to be sold to a company that will clean up this mess.

I don't even live near here full time anymore but the manager on staff was such a ray of sunshine that I'll never cancel. Not kidding. Wish it was more convenient to get my money's worth, but he runs a good ship worth celebrating.

This car wash is going downhill. The vacuums don’t have suctions, the wash misses all the folds in the car and is not properly pre washed, and they just use fabric softener in their towels which make them pretty useless. They do have some very friendly workers tho- one star just for them! Still have horrible vacuums

Priced right with membership, I can use the wash as often as I want. Great vacuums, cleaner spray & towels to help shine and remove difficult bugs & soil. I like the under carriage wash too for removing mud & road salt.

So less then a week ago I set up account for unlimited car washed every month, and proceeded to wash my BMW one time. Less than one week later my vehicle became disabled and broke down. That in itself not too big of a deal as I have another vehicle. Because it had been sitting for so long it is filthy and just gross and needed to be cleaned. It still needs to be cleaned! As I went in to wash and go Depot on Matt loop I got nothing but static from the employees the whole time I was there. Their website was clunky and not working because it would not give me any follow-through on the icon button to switch vehicles on my account. I then proceeded to go up and show the guy that's not and he said there's nothing he can do and that I'm not going to be running my car through their car wash without setting up an account for this car itself as a new account. I find this unacceptable. So if zero Stars was a choice I would give them zero Stars.

Loved this car wash, until the morning of July1, when I was verbally accosted for several minutes from another member, John Jones. I went to complain to the young man who checked me in who was aware of John's behavior but could offer no help. While away from my car, John spit on it! A police officer who was exiting the car wash just after John was leaving, (with a smile and two middle fingers,) listened intently and strongly encouraged me to write to management and send them my pics, ask them which kind of members they'd prefer; it fell on deaf ears, telling me after speaking with John and reviewing the video, that they could/would do nothing and suggested I call police!!! FYI, be careful, if you visit this establishment on South Pacific Hwy. any early morning! Pics available..

I’ve been a loyal customer at Go Car Wash since the day you opened—two full years of coming in every Sunday. Elijah and Justin have always been amazing. Elijah has been here since day one, and my daughters and I genuinely enjoy seeing his smiling, positive energy every week. They are the reason I’ve stayed. But my experience with John today was the exact opposite. When I pulled up, he acted like my car wasn’t in the system at all. I calmly told him that they usually run my phone number if the plate doesn’t scan, and that it’s never been an issue in two years. Instead of listening, he ignored me, kept trying the plate, and continued to tell me I “wasn’t in the system.” The way he said it felt like he was implying I was trying to use someone else’s account or work the system, which was insulting and completely unnecessary. On top of that, he told me I could have either an air freshener or a dash wipe. I have four kids—I literally put on gloves before I clean my car. One wipe vs. a freshener is the bare minimum, and I’ve never once been limited like that. In fact, John himself has given me multiple wipes and fresheners in the past without any issue so when he tried to say “It’s always been this way and it’s corporates rule.” The lie detector determined that was a lie. The whole interaction felt dismissive, rude, and cheap. And considering I’ve been a member longer than he’s even worked here, being treated like a stranger—or worse, like I was trying to cheat the system—was incredibly frustrating. I’ve kept this membership for two years, even when life got busy and I couldn’t always make it in. Honestly, canceling always felt impossible… until today. John made that decision extremely easy. Elijah and Justin deserve recognition—they’ve always been wonderful. But the way John handled today’s interaction was enough to push away a loyal, long-time customer.

I had an issue with the go car wash on Ross and they helped me begin to resolve it. They also explained how my membership works. They were extremely kind and helpful and this location gives car fresheners and dash wipes. They asked me about my antenna and I told them it doesn’t come off. They said it should and asked if it is okay if we they try to get it off prevent damage. They were totally able to get it off and seem to care more about their customers and facility. This car wash has two tracks for your tires and can handle trucks and bigger vehicles and I had zero issues here. Come to this one on Matt loop instead of the one on Ross; Especially if you have a bigger vehicle! :)
