I had the monthly membership for over a year only did their car wash ripped the paint off my grill which I never complained about but when I went to cancel I got charged the day after for a month and now today a month later I got charged again. Now I have to wait and go through the corporate office in order to make sure I truly cancel my membership and to try and get refund places a scam don't go here

My car is dirtier after going through this car wash. Tons of water stains and streaks. Not sure if they need better filters or something? This one is nothing compared to the Milford, MA location.

I'm leaving a two star because the staff is very nice. However, after spending $15 my car doesn't even look like it was washed, and the spot free left spots all over my car. I wouldn't waste your money there.

Worst experience ever! Went to the car wash with my fiancé yesterday morning and had our 2 dogs in the car with us. The pompous “manager” was there. We’ve had a monthly membership for a couple of years now and always deal with him or the other guy who is super friendly. Usually we don’t have a problem, he always seems to have a sarcastic tone but usually just something we brush off. This morning he tried to give our dogs a treat and was knocking on the window holding the treat. My fiancé shook his finger no, as apparently this wasn’t the first time my fiancé had already told him no before about giving the dogs treats. (We have a Belgian Malinois and a pit mix and they tend to fight over treats, so we do not give them treats unless they are at home and separated). The guy then became upset that we weren’t taking the treat and not lowering the window, mind you he had already sprayed the car. My fiancé finally rolled the window down a bit and told him he already told him before no and told him it’s a car wash, we aren’t there for dog treats. The guy started getting more upset and hostile, yelling at us that it’s a car wash where families and pets come and arguing about us not taking the dog treat. He offered a dog treat, we declined, that should be the end of it. If he really is the manager, by what that stupid Space Jam sign says, then they really need to reconsider who they hire for management.

Monthly packages seem like a good value. One time washes are good for the front and driver/passenger sides of the vehicle. The rear of my SUV didnt get touched. The hard water marks streaming down the sides and rear are hardly desirable as well. At least when it was dirty it was uniform..

Worst car wash ever . Always broken or being serviced and they close on posted buiseness days went several times wasnt able to get wash once . Would not provide refund. Asked to cancel and they agreed but continued to charge me.$40 a month id expect MUCH better.

I have been using this wash frequently as I live close to the wash. It has always left soap on my vehicle and just recently ripped the trim off my vehicle. I filed a report with them and they reviewed the footage and seen the incident happen and proceeded to say they were not responsible for this damage their wash caused to my vehicle. I was a loyal customer but I will never use this wash again and don't recommend it to anyone who likes their vehicle to be washed properly and not damaged.

I went for the $17 wash, which includes the undercarriage. It was exactly what I wanted, and my Crosstrek was perfectly clean and NO damage at all. I had the same attendant both times I went, and he was friendly and helpful

Regular drive-thru car wash, nothing special. Just outside wash for $10, if you want your undercarriage washed it's like $17. No free vacuum, you have to do it yourself and pay for it... All in all, good for a quick wash and go

One on Mendon Rd went through and the car came out with more salt than I went in with terrible. Went through one in Connecticut was a newer one and it did a great job, think it's time to upgrade the one on Mendon Rd every time I go through it does a bad job. Newer ones are great.

They offer a 60$ a month unlimited car wash which is great.but not of fan of these non touchless car washes cause they can mess up over your cars paint and dont like how they are set up but staff was also nice.

I had a terrible experience with this car wash. My car under body splash protecting cover got stuck on the rail while doing the car wash and got damaged. I raised a claim however they denied the claim telling I have lowered the car suspension, but I didn't lower the suspension or modified anything. The car is brand new and this was the first car wash after the car purchase. Car lovers beware if you use this car wash.

I just attended the golden nozzle in Cumberland on Mendon rd. And for my first experience as a new resident to the area, this will be my last. I had pre purchased my car wash at the shell gas station, but the pump never printed a receipt. After pumping my gas, I went into the car wash line. When I finally approached the car wash attendant, he had requested a receipt after I told him I had pre purchased it at the pump. The attendant insisted I leave and back out, with 5 cars behind me , so I can obtain the receipt. I would also add that we just had roughly 18-20 inches of snow, and making the entrance to the car was very tight, and extremely unsafe to have me and multiple cars back up, with the crazy amount of snow piles everywhere. I did ask if the attendant could go inside the gas station to obtain this receipt, but insisted I needed to. Which would only take the attendant roughly two minutes if that! So rather he insisted on having multiple cars back up in a very tight, unsafe area to let me out to obtain this RECEIPT, is ludicrous!! Very poor customer service, and overall experience, and my windshield has terrible streaks throughout it! I wish I could give them 0 star rating

I stopped in on Friday February 13, 2026 to get my car washed. Attendant asked me what type of wash I wanted. I told him. Just the $10 wash. He tried to sell me a monthly pass. I indicated again just the $10 washed. Then he proceeds to charge me twice the cost $20. I trusted he did the transaction correctly. I checked my receipt the next morning and realized the error. I drove there the next morning Saturday 2/14/2026 to straighten out the issue. The Attendant on Saturday was completely useless. Handed me a piece of paper and said file a claim online. I filled out the claim on Saturday. A lot of unnecessary paperwork for something that should have easily corrected at location. Customer service on site was horrible and non existent. Lesson learned is always check your receipt immediately. I won't forget this and I will tell everyone I meet about the poor way I was treated. Disgraceful.
