Terrible, always leaves my truck filled with mud and other stuff from the roads. Undercarriage wash does little to nothing. Went through multiple times and still had a dirty truck. Waste of money

Employees always friendly. I Purchased the unlimited wash pass. After a few weeks I found the car wash was was leaving alot of micro scratches and swirls on my vehicle.

Was looking for a car wash near the place I work and found this place on Google maps. Decided to swing by and found out that they have a $14.99/month unlimited option! Got one and will be visiting this place on a regular basis over the winter now. Can't find that in CT (where I'm from). :) Happy with the quality of wash.

I have had a monthly pass here for a couple years. We recently bought a new car and I asked them to put the pass sticker in a different location so It wouldn’t to be right in my line of sight every time I was driving. The guy there refused to do it. He said the employees do not want to have to lift their arm up for every car. He was extremely rude about it so I canceled my pass right then and there and will be going elsewhere. He said it was company policy but his attitude and tone are the reason I decided to cancel.

Wash quality of this location is awful. I had suds still pouring out of my mirrors 15 minutes after exiting the wash. Reached out to customer service and left a voicemail after being unable to submit an online contact inquiry, due to an error with the CAPTCHA system. Have yet to get a response via phone. Very disappointed. Definitely feeling like I got swindled, having paid $19 for a subpar wash job Customer service at the physical location was decent enough. No hard feelings there.

2 weeks ago I went there to wash my new sportage. Apparently my car has a feature, that I was unaware of, that locks the wheels when it stopped. I was treated like an idiot. They said "take your break off" "Put it in neutral". After that I ended up having to back my car out, in traffic without getting my car washed, I asked for a refund and they said I had to call corporate. I got the number for corporate and called them right away and the lady on the phone did not even listen to what I was saying, talked over me and said she was going to have someone else call me. The next person did call me, on the defense, saying that I claimed that it was the car wash that was broken. I never said that, all I wanted was a refund and two weeks later I still don't have one. I won't be using golden nozzle ever again. Bottom line, if you don't get the service they should be able to give you a refund on the spot.

was cleaning my car, there were cars coming out of the wash. when I was done I went nobody was there sat there for 10 minutes and no one showed up. never coming back
