Paid for me monthly service at westborough location, went through wheels not cleaned, tires did not get tire shine, which is supposed to be included in $34.95 my monthly fee. Will not return to that facility, will give west boylston a try, then probably cancel. Not expecting much.

Brought my car to wash last February and this company had a ad outside saying to try for free by February 20th but they were closed. I sent a message through Instagram saying they should post something saying they were close instead of having us to drive far way for nothing. They deleted my comment on Instagram. What a way to treat new customers

Car wash left huge scratch!! I paid $25 to get my car messed up!! District Manager Sean Meagher called me just to argue that “this has never happened to anybody in 9 years” and was incredibly sarcastic and didn’t even apologize

Horrible experience!! The machines tore the tire cover off the back of my Rav. Drove by to wash entrance to get help retrieving it. Three men surrounded me and became extremely aggressive telling me they weren’t going to do a thing about the damages. One was inches away from my face yelling. A second man. said they have 10 blowers , and it was blown off by one of blowers. The aggressiveness and rage these men exhibited was frightening.

Went on Thursday with my new truck attendant didn’t even rinse it down or brush down the back of my pickup paid $19 for a car wash and the back of my truck was dirty. The car wash scratched up my new truck as the lazy employee was not rinsing the cars down so all the brushes get filled with dirt. Sent a message to the company and did not get a response.

Felix in Westborough was incredibly personable & helpful. He signed me up for a promo I had no idea they were running. Great people & a decent wash…. Didn’t get to use the vacuum I think they may be free if you have a membership…. but will check it out next time.

I went there with the company van to do a wash. The company has the unlimited sticker with the card assigned to the van. District manager was running the wash today. He gave me attitude cause the sticker was loose. He provided a new sticker but stated that he had to adhere to the glass himself then he was threatening to cancel the van subscription if he sees the sticker loose the next time around. Geez,. Relax man, life it's short. If you are having a bad day don't take it on me. I even have you the new replacement card to update the account and told you that the reason it was loose was because the glass was replaced. For $19.99 a month you are giving a customer an attitude...wow! Have a nice day!

I have a monthly subscription but I swear before that they’d at least spray the car with soap all around but now I feel as if they only spray a bit at the front windshield that’s it. The vacuums work way better than what they used to before the pandemic and I’m really hoping that they contribute to do so. I’m also hoping that they start spraying that car with the soap 🧼 as they should to get the benefit of the wash before going elsewhere.

My review is a bit late. I went to Golden Nozzle because it was really close to where I live. It was around April and roads were starting to be clear of salt, so I thought I'd have the undercarriage washed to remove any remaining salt. After the wash, I checked the underside and was disappointed that it was dry. I've gone through a couple of other car wash places and I can tell that they actually wash the undercarriage. Also not the perfect wash, some parts near the side mirrors were untouched.

Cannot warn strongly enough to stay away! Car damage was done when I ran through. I check every single time I go through and on this occurrence there was significant damage done to both sides of my vehicle. White, long scuffs down both sides at multiple points. Car wash claims ‘video evidence’ shows all damage was existing. District manager called me and was not even aware of what the damage was to my vehicle, just seemed to be reading from a script that the damage to my vehicle was inconsistent with the damage their machines usually do. He also said I claimed damages to my tail lights which I never claimed so I don’t think he was aware of my actual claim. AVOID

The last few months have been a terrible experience as a customer of this company. The vacuum cleaners don't work and at the end of the car wash you end up with a lot of soap that hasn't been rinsed off.

Could have been anywhere but they Swirled my black paint badly on my ‘23 Silverado 2500HD. Have to get my truck finish re-conditioned. Will never go through a full contact car wash ever again.

Car Wash, is fine, not excellent but fine. Sticker and manger suck. Put the sticker for Unlimited at the left-bottom corner of windshield. Extremely difficult to remove. And manager refuse to push other corner of windshield and ask me to use the knife scratch the sticker due to the company rules. BS! WD-40 is best to remove the glue and sticker

Golden Nozzle Car Wash ripped off my rear wiper and damaged the wiper arm and then denied the claim. Details below. I did a basic car wash last week. Afterwards I noticed on my way home that the rear windshield wiper blade was missing. The next day I drove by the car wash and asked the attendant, if they had found my wiper blade by chance. They had and my wiper blade was handed back to me. So far so good. When I tried to clip the blade back onto the wiper arm it turned out that one of the little plastic teeth that hold the blade had broken off and I would need a new wiper blade arm. I walked back over to the attendant and told him what the issue was. He made a quick call , came back and gave me a card with a link for filing a damage claim, which is what I did. A few days later I received a call from the manager telling me that my claim had been denied, because they did not see any evidence of the damage on the video. I explained that the wiper had to be broken off by the car wash, because it was found in the car wash and handed back to me. No avail. The manager told me they had a bucket full of wiper blades to which I replied that mine is quite unique and I recognized the one they handed back to me as my wiper blade. I ended up ordering a new wiper arm and blade from Amazon and a special puller to remove the old arm and install the new one. Not a huge deal, but it bothered me a lot that here is a company that probably nets several hundered thousand dollars a year (car washes are surprisingly profitable) and yet their policy is to deny the damage and decline compensation. They did not even offer some free car washes. Sad. All you can do with a business like this is to vote with your feet (or wheels).
