Regularly use one of the other locations over to where I live but decided to try it out seemed out dated compared to other locations I have been wash was good would definitely recommend if you have a full size truck to fold in your mirrors as the dryer part of the wash is a little narrow.

My car went through the car wash and ripped my front bumper off. They noticed damaged had occurred and told me to fill out an incident report. Thinking I was covered, I waited a month to find out they they determined I was at fault somehow. They claim “your car was already damaged before”. Would not recommend

I don’t know where to begin. The best deal around town and my car comes out fabulous. Ron always has a smile on his face and always very patient when trying to get in the tunnel such a great environment to come to first thing in the morning

Clean facilities for use; car wash was more effective than most detailing wash locations for a shim of the cost. Would've rated 5 stars if they had smaller, more manageable tools like greenfield MA (orange hose end attachment) location on their vaccuums and hand sanitizer at vaccuum locations-which currently have none present.

I subscribe 2 cars to the Golden Nozzle. I am ready to cancel my monthly subscription. Vacuums are always broken. They don’t use a brush on the rear of my car and truck. Leaving a whole section unwashed. Trash is always overflowing. Not a good business

Perfectly acceptable car wash and closest Golden Nozzle to my house. As compared to other Golden Nozzles in the area (e.g. Harris Road in Nashua) equipment seems a bit more dated. I wish the blowers did a better job of drying off the car so I don't have to towel dry my windows.

I like the $15 a month wash pass but it’s a poor quality wash. My car often comes out with soap spots all over it. They also have free vacuums but they’re almost all broken and out of commission. The Concord location is much, much better.

The car wash is good for front and sides but the back of vans could use better cleaning from the machines or a light scrub from the attendant or both. The vacuums are hit or miss some have nozzles some don't some have good suction and some don't. Resolve these issues and I will definitely give a 5 star rating.

The location does an excellent job of cleaning my vehicle. I paid for the top-of-the-line service and I sure get it. Staff have been friendly and even went out of the way to thank me for my service. This location has vacuums that you can use and they suck very well.

Got out of work a little late one night last week and I needed my car washed. I technically got there after they were closed but Bobby opened the doors for me without hesitation and let me go through. He's always friendly and provides great customer service. Definitely will be returning because of this. Very happy with the service!

I was very impressed with the outstanding service. Not only did the car wash do a meticulous job cleaning the SUV making it look brand new, the person working was also very polite and professional. I believe his name was Robert since his name tag said Bobby. I was so satisfied with the overall experience I ended up buying the monthly pass whixh is also really cheap. I highly recommend this car wash to anyone who needs their vehicles clean. Oh, one more thing. You also get free access to vacuum out your car with a car wash. Best car wash ever, hands down!

Got the monthly wash pass at $19.99. The wash for front and sides of an SUV is just okay. Clean-er but not clean. The rear of my vehicle is never clean. Always still filthy and dripping soap and dirty water. The dryers are poor. The vacuums are good when they work. I cancelled.

Everytime i go to the one on Amherst street all i can smell is this horrible rotten egg smell while i am going thru the car wash. The nastiest car wash i have ever been to. The broad street location is so much better.

One of the decent car washes around. I had a free mid grade wash, so I truly can not complain. However, I will say I was glad it was a free mailer coupon, and I didn't pay for it. My vehicle was dull and still had spots that needed to be washed. I appreciate the free wash, but I don't think I'll be passing through again, sadly.

I paid for the most expensive one I have done this before I know they use the brush. My car was accidentally in drive and I thought it was being pulled until I realize that it was moving too fast. The guy is proceeded to start yelling one of the managers came out. I had backed up at this point because obviously I’m not in the area I’m supposed to be which is a completely normal thing that people do when their car starts moving way more than it should when you’re supposed to get your tires hit with the brush. I asked several times if they were going to use that and they just wanted me to continue moving through without getting the stuff I paid for because I accidentally had it in drive instead of neutral without knowing. They told me that I was acting crazy and doing crazy things . Is reversing crazy. I think somebody asking repeatedly a question and then somebody never answering it is a lot crazier since they’re not basing their next sentence in the reality that I even exist. And I think that’s crazy because I do exist and I’m asking a question that’s valid because I paid a certain amount to have certain things done and then it wasn’t done. So I’m just gonna go to halffners next time if I ever wanna get my car wash.

I drove up to a Golden Nozzle Car Wash in Nashua on Amherst. The garage door was open, and the office door was closed with music blaring. I knocked on the door and the door opened. I said, “Can I buy a monthly pass for car washes.” Joey said “Now”? I said “Yes.” He said “We do not open until 7:00 am. Even though it was technically before opening hours at 6:55 am, tone, attitude, and basic courtesy are what separate good service from bad. That five-minute gap didn’t cause the problem — the poor interaction did. I thought I would hear “Good morning! We officially open at 7, but you’re a few minutes early — feel free to wait here and we’ll be happy to assist you as soon as we’re ready.” A polite greeting or a simple acknowledgment would have gone better. Today leaves me feeling frustrated, ignored, and disrespected.
