It's awesome so far. But close at 5pm!! To early! **After 1 Year: 2022: Machine are not cleaning well anymore, vaccum machine didn't work well too. Clogged or inactive. The guy at cabin overcharged me multiple times.

The manager of the car wash let me go through the car wash, even though he stated that my car was not on the rollers from the beginning. Supposedly, he put up other rollers that my car went on, but then fell off while I was in the middle of the car wash. My car wouldn't move & I was stuck inside. Next thing I know, another car comes rolling through the car wash & hits my car (which I was unaware of until later). The manager comes in the car wash & tells me to out my car in drive & drive out. I asked him if doing so was going to damage my car & he replied no. Once I notice the damage to my car, the Manistee willing to accept responsibility & instead blames me for my car getting rear-ended. The Auburn police come & the manager tries to do everything he can to convince the officer that the damage to my car is my fault. After some back & forth, the officer tells the manager, its his fault since I was under the mechanics of the car wash which he was running. I ask him for his boss's information & he states he isn't allowed to give out his number bc its a personal # but he hands me a piece of paper with a phone number on it and tells me, his boss's name is John Rowe. I definitely didn't call a John Rowe bc someone with a different name is on the voicemail. Still haven't heard back from anyone & its been 4 days. Supposedly, its bc the boss went on vacation the day prior to the accident. Something is definitely fishy here. I will be canceling my monthly membership to this car wash & taking my business elsewhere.

I left a review a few weeks back but feel as though I need to leave another one. I am currently at Golden Nozzle, the Auburn location (to vacuum my car). While doing so, the manager Luis, saw my car & purposely walked towards the vacuums & acted as though he was fixing one of them. Before going back to the car wash area, he came up to me & told me that I was no longer allowed at the Auburn location. I asked him who said this & his response was that he did. My response to him was "thats funny because the District Manager accepted responsibility for the damage to my car" (while going through the car wash a fee weeks prior). His response was "yea, well he still hasnt fixed it because it was your fault. He then proceeded to walk away, while holding up the peace fingers to me. Very unprofessional! I will be bringing this up to the District Manager, John Roath's, attention. Im not sure what authority Luis thinks he has, but he has no authority to say who & who can't go anywhere. I have spoke to a few others while at this location & they've also said Luis is very rude. Hopefully when I speak to the District Manager, he will deal with the situation appropriately. As a customer, in no way shape or form, should I have been approached by Luis. I do want to add that many times I've been to Auburn location & another employee, Justin was working (I believe that's his name), he has always been pleasurable. Every time I've went to Auburn to wash my car & Justin was there, he's always been in a good mood & dancing & singing. He is very polite & makes sure customers are well taken care of. Unfortunately, I no longer go to the Auburn location (for a car wash) because I don't know when Justin is on & Luis is not. I dont want to risk going through the car wash again, while not on the rollers & be rear ended by another vehicle like Luis allowed to happen. Since the incident, I have been going to the Worcester location on Lincoln Street. The employee at this location is also very nice.

Good morning I want to say thank to the Auburn location for being so friendly and being very professional with there job. On the other hand I live in Westborough and had to go out of my way to get a Carwash because you have a real unprofessional female manager there when guiding me in with one had and rolls her eyes like she really don’t want to be there. I asked her what you don’t like working she rolls her eyes again and said yeah. And she was talking to me and asking me if I was single said sorry not interested in dating so she told me if I changed my mind that she is the manager at this Westborough location. I told her I will not change my mind you’re not my type of woman. Golden nozzle you really need to fix this issue otherwise you will be loosing a lot of customers it seems like she is there to ask customers out on a date not what a business needs. You have big issue at that location until you fix that issue I will not washing my vehicles and will be telling everyone in the neighborhood not to go there for that reason.

Car wash is very good. Car always comes out clean. The best part is seeing Justin talk about a guy who is always so happy and energetic!! He is the best part of the car wash. I actually get bummed out if he is not there. Please pass this note along to him. You got a great employee kudas to Justin.

Today was my first day with this location and the guy who did the car wash was so hurry to finish it. First impression is not good for me and there is no service to wash door panels(inner part of the doors) and wash carpets even I used the best wash package. I feel, it is something missing from there service and something to add in future.

I came to this location today at 6:50 pm… and let me tell you this location is just horrible the vacuum machine area is always dirty the trash bins are always over flowing and when you tell anyone that works there they all look at you like what would you like me to do. Now tonight when I went to the car wash the gentleman in the blue manager shirt didn’t explain the deals nor did he explain to me any of the washes I had someone in my car explain it to me. Now let me tell you how HORRIBLE the wash was, the gentleman sprayed only the driver said of my care was to dam lazy to walk my car to spry the other side. Nor did he spry the bug stuff . when I went through the wash the wall in side was dirty and my car was not dyed. It looks like there is mold on the blower… I will be taken my business elsewhere due to how horrible the employees work.

Yesterday at 6:50pm I came to this location to get my car washed. HOWEVER IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!! first I went to vacuum my car and the vacuum area was disgusting trash everywhere. All the barrels were overflowing with trash. Then when I went to get my car wash the gentleman that was there who had an a manager shirt I explained about the vacuum area to him and he looked at me and said, and what would you like me to do? To which I responded your job and clean it up then I proceeded to get my car washed, and I had to look at the sign to see what each thing was what it cost because the gentleman didn’t explain the passes or any deals that they may have had that day. Someone in my car had to explain what each thing meant to me to which I then pick the one I wanted the gentleman then Sprayed ONLY THE DRIVER SIDE OF MY CAR!!!! He didn’t spray the bug spray or anything!!! The inside walls of the wash was dirty my car was not dryed and I had stuff all over it… HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I like going to the Auburn location because Justin does a great job brightening up your day as you’re brightening up your car! He is always happy and energetic with a big smile on his face. He does a great job. coming to the car wash will make you smile. The car wash is great too. My car is a 2013 and people always ask me if it’s new! Nope. Just nice and clean.

This particular location does a great job! They're very thorough with the initial rinse of your vehicle, making sure to go ALL the way around the whole thing and really giving it that crucial initial rinse! Which gives it a great outcome 😎👌 Also for anyone like myself who likes to keep their truck (or car) in tip top shape by cleaning it very often, I highly recommend getting the wash pass!! It literally pays for itself in less than 2 washes (depending on the package you get) but it's totally worth it!! You can wash your vehicle every single day, or multiple times a day, or whenever! I love having my wash pass! And all the locations I've been to, even the ones that aren't quite as thorough, still do an excellent job 👏

I love The price the choices you can have are at least four, and all of the employees are happy to greet you with a smile and it’s convenient if you purchase it for the months you can go every day if you’d like lol! I’ve never gone every day so far but I do use it plenty! I haven’t had any kind of problems there ever so I would recommend golden nozzle car wash for sure!

The people in charge here are unprofessional and rude. I took my car to the golden nozzle in auburn ma. Pull up for my turn, russ the attendant working comes to scan my bar code on my windshield. In doing so, somehow the battery pack drops from the scanned and slides down my car. He tell me its fine nothing on your car. I then proceeded thru the car wash and go to wipe off my car, where i have giant scratch like marks on my hood. I go back over to the attendant russ to inform him there are in facts marks where he dropped the scanner. He states “well im not doing anything unless i see it” so we walk over to the car where he facetimes his manager, eric. Eric before even seeing the marks states they are just trying to get something from us, management was here today, so nothing could be in there to damage her car. I then inform eric that it was from when his attendant russ dropped the scanner. He stated that those mark could not possibly come from that, again never seeing in person, just automatically saying not their fault. Russ then states” i have a broken finger im not dealing with her.” Eric then states give her a incident paper and ill just deny it. As if i cant hear him on the phone. So I with out any other options i filed a claim. Only for eric to call me back today, with his miserable attitude. Stating well i review the camera and see where the scanner did in fact dropped on your car, but i will still be denying the claim because this has rubber on it so it wouldn’t of done that. Very dismissive, very annoyed i filed in the first place. “Telling me this isnt our problem” Of course it isnt cause it isnt your car.Never received an apology just attitude. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH. Also their free vacuum are horrible to cause the lazy attendant cant be bothered to clean them.

The wash itself is great. The added traffic cones make the horseshoe turn difficult as my rim has made contact with the high curb on the passenger side twice. I’m sure with a compact car this works as intended. When I brought up my concern to the attendant he said that the cones are not the issue, it’s me.. if I just watch him, I’ll be fine. Really, so are they taking full responsibility? When you have a larger vehicle like my new SUV. In any incident investigation you have to define the causal factor. The causal factor being the cones added a bring a larger vehicle with in CM of the curb. He proceeded to tell me that no one else has this problem. I could see in my mirror a GMC 1/2 ton pick up hop up on the curb to make the turn into to wash bay. I’m licensed to operate everything from commercial vehicles to airplanes but I guess I’m not capable of turning into a wash bay. I’ll attach a pic- My advice please stop bumping those cones out 5’ from the left curb. Maybe a foot. Traffic cones goals are to safely route users through zones using roadway geometrical, a plan is needed to ensure all safety measure are in place and all responsible parties are held accountable. The wash operator’s goal is to line up the drivers side wheel to the track. His vision would restrict him from watching the passenger side rims making the slighted touch with that curb. Unfortunately I will be cancelling my monthly pass.

This car wash is a vibe! The people there have such radiant energy that you become infected immediately. How can you not smile when visiting this location? The guys are super positive and upbeat, they communicate professionally and respectfully. The wash is great for the monthly price you can't really beat it! I'm a customer of just one day and I'm impressed already.
