Wash not that great little disappointed had a lot of bird poop that didn’t come off. Staff nice and vacuums second to none! Powerful and has a narrow nose that can go into every crack and crevice.

It was my first time coming to this Golden Nozzle. When arrived I was greeted with a smile and great customer service. Raul was let me know what were the option and helped me pick which one was best for me as well as offer a towel to help dry my Jeep. All in all great expletive will return.

All my tires are rarely shined, "crater" at entrance needs to be filled, a few soap sprayers not working and for Godsake stop allowing people to PARK at wash exit!

It is a GREAT car wash. I’ve had a membership for 3 years, but PLEASE fix the potholes at the end of the tunnel. I hate having to fall into a manhole every time I get my car cleaned.

Went to the Golden Nozzle Car Wash on Feb 13th 2023 and my partner and I had a free car wash coupon a decided to try it out. The carwash itself was very nice. Customer service was awesome. The whole wash as a whole took about 2 mins. Felt a bit short but it gets the job done. My partners car was absolutely clean and we even used one of the vacuums and those were awesome and no loss of suction. Will absolutely be back again without a doubt.

Everything was fine until they changed the soap to smell like hot cinnamon and rotten eggs and few weeks ago. Ive gone only twice in the past two weeks because of this. Its like being gassed in your car. So I have to cancel it, because I literally cant go through that again and im not paying 40+ dollars a month to get gassed. My husband and I went through today and he was just a unable to breathe as I was. Enfield, CT location.

Sadly, my recent experience was terrible! I will no longer go here. The car behind my vehicle in the car wash caused damage to my car because 1. The attendants force cars to close together in the line and 2. when they needed to stop the tracks "because someone jumped the tracks" it caused that car to hit my bumper causing damage. Golden Nozzle will not repair or take ownership for this issue so now it is at my insurance company. Apparently happens often the attendant said! Perhaps just a little space would prevent problems all around Golden Nozzle!

After my car wash, I vacuumed and did windows with fresh towels and spray that was provided but I left my doors opened for so long it drained my battery. My phone was almost out of battery as well so I called my insurance carrier that had roadside assistance but they had no human to talk to instead they had a 8 page form to fill out in my email...then the manager of Golden nozzle asked if I needed help and had a worker give me a jump. I was so grateful for the quick offer to help and kindness that was offered in a stressful situation. Thank you Raul. You are a blessing. I am so pleased with the way my car sparkled.

I frequent the Manchester and West Hartford location and I've had the pass on 2 vehicles for over 4 years this is by far the absolute best location, all the car wash functions and vacuums actually work. They have clean rags as well as an High-Velocity Air Dryer Nozzle. This location is worth paying a monthly pass.

I have been to many car washes, and this one gets my car the cleanest from top to bottom. Jonathan helped me sign up for the months pass and not disappointed Great family run place. Friendly professional service at a fair price. It’s very rare I am astonished by the customer service at a business. Golden Nozzle at Enfield is the best car wash I’ve been to in a long time by far. This will be the only car wash I go to from now on in the area.

I have a membership here, and I like how fast they work. The reason for the two stars is the huge potholes that are directly outside the exit of the car wash. Your car falls into them, and there's no way to avoid them because they are directly outside the exit. It splashes dirt all over the freshly washed car. They've had these potholes forever. It's time to fix your driveway. When they fix the driveway, I'll change the review. (Update:) just came out of the car wash and the potholes have been somewhat fixed with metal plates. Hopefully they actually pave it properly as it gets warmer, but I appreciate the fast fix! Fixed within a week. That's impressive.
