The staff at Goldy's are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. Best experience I've ever had. If I could give them a higher rating I would. 10 out of 10!

Made an appointment 1 week in advance for an exhaust manifold issue on the passenger side. I chose the opening timeslot and turned my vehicle over to them 10-15 minutes before my appointment. I received no information about the status of my vehicle. I called them 1 hour before closing to find out my vehicle hasn't been looked at. After they rush to get it in the shop and "look" they give me a quote for a job that isn't the issue. They offer an appointment for 10 days later as compensation for a wasted day. This is the highest level of unprofessionalism I have experienced with dealership service.

They can get you in quickly because no one wants to take their vehicle there. Took it in for work under warranty. They misdiagnosed the issue, my warranty ran out, and was told “too bad”. Now I’m having issues with the work they performed and they’re trying to say it has nothing to do with the their service. Seems like none of the service workers are competent. Not really the industry to be working in if you’re not capable. $50,000 vehicles are no small expense.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO GOLDY FOR SERVICE! Little did I know how bad these guys are. Took my wife's 2 year old Jeep in for what should have been a straightforward warranty repair issue. They somehow shattered the windshield working on it, caused a rattle under the hood, and coolant was puking out everywhere after the first pickup. After 3 months and multiple trips I've had enough! Finally took the vehicle to another local (reputable) dealer for diagnosis and it turns out that Goldy did not reinstall everything under the hood. They found wires, hoses, and bolts that were not reinstalled. Unbelievable!

I’m not one to normally do this but I’ve had a vehicle setting at Goldys for over 100 days. I understand that the part was on back order that is out of their control. They ordered the wrong part had to re order it the part has been in for 16 days and my vehicle still hasn’t went into the shop this is uncalled for. For her them to do customers this way is absurd! If you need service for steer clear from Goldys! Joni the manager said they have other vehicles that they’ve had just as long and it was like it’s no big deal to her at all. I feel bad for everyone else waiting on service through them!

I called Goldy Auto Service Department. I told them that I lost my key fob, could not get in my car, and had a blank fob but needed it programmed. Told me the price. I said ok and she hung up. I traveled 35 minutes to dealership only to be told that they needed the car to program the fob. I asked why she didn’t tell me that on the phone and she said that she thought I hung up and disconnected the call. I filed a complaint with the service manager, who said, “she is new and I was on the call with her, you didn’t ask”. How would I know to ask? The service manager said it was a miscommunication and the woman I spoke to was being trained. She obviously needs better training.

2nd edit, Thursday May 2nd, 2 days after notifying business and no contact. I went on to the Goldy website and filled out a contact me form. The owner called almost immediately after and was very nonchalant about what had occurred in his Service Department . He is claiming the damage wasn't new even though you can tell due to the color of the exposed aluminum is fresh white. He also didn't seem to care that we were sent out with a car that was unsafe to drive as the tires were over inflated and the lugnuts were loose. He was only upset when I had a few choice words for his lack of care and concern. The solution offered? To come trade the car in. Wow, just wow. My car was fine before it got in their hands. That makes me wonder if they mess people's cars up intentionally to get people to buy something newer. It's all about the dollar with this place, its not making their dangerous mistakes right or offering solutions or refunds. No accountability or integrity. Never go to any Dodge Dealership in WV. You'll be in a battle as we are to make things right. Edit: It's been 24 hours. Tried to call 3 times today. No response back. Will continue to hold them accountable. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. We feel at this time, it's a safety hazard to drive our car as it has new vibrations when moving like the tires weren't balanced correctly. Would love to give a better rating as my previous visit was great but this time not so much. First off, Joni, is wonderful. She gave us an accurate quote for 4 new tires, an alignment, and we also got an inspection done. My complaint is with the technician/service department. When we got the car back I first noticed that each new tire was aired to a different pressure. The lowest was 27 and the highest was 42. The specs for air in my 2013 Dodge Charger is 35. Then upon letting the air out to get the tires to the right pressure, we noticed all 4 rims had new multiple scuffs, gouges, and damage. Weve never hit curbs with this car and you can tell its fresh damage, as well as my husband cleans the rims weekly. It's going cost around $3500 (give or take) to replace all the rims. Not to mentiom the lugnuts were loose and werent torqued correctly, as my husband used a lug bar and they werent as tight as they needed to be. Now he has to do that himself. Thats a safety hazard since we had to drive all the way back to Charleston. They also didn't check the rotors as we requested, they said all 4 were fine and upon eye inspection, the rears look like the need to be replaced. The also didnt check why we have a vibration when we asked. We've emailed Joni and the GM and hope we get a quick response back with a way to make this all right as we have always kept the car in great shape and this was damage and lack of care cause by their technician. Very angry and disappointed that we spent $800 here only to have our vehicle damaged and a job not done correctly. There is obviously a lack of integrity and honesty.

Some thing on my car door broke, making it not shut properly. They took the car around back and drove it back. Took like 2 minutes and did a great. they were also really nice about it and didn't try to sell me anything else which contradicts typical stereotypes of repair shops.

Really need to up the game in the service department. I’ve had cancellations and still no appointment. Then it’s hard to get anybody to answer the phone in the service department anymore even after voicemails. I love my jeep but the service department there needs to be way more efficient.

Terrible at communication. Don't call back when voicemail is left, don't respond to texts even when they use that service to contact you, and you're lucky to get someone to answer the phone at all. FCA has ruined warranty work, and refuse to fix major defects beyond one cheap attempt (the notorious rear window leaks in ram trucks). I guess technicians don't complain to fca that their solutions don't fix any problems (more lack of communication).

Excellent service! I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, I was in and out pretty quick. Everyone was very friendly, and they didn't try to upcharge me for a million services I didn't need like other dealerships do. Will definitely be returning!

Went to Goldy Auto to get oil change, fuel filter change, and new tires. I pre-ordered tires and scheduled everything to be done when tires came in. I had excellent service and communication with the service department was amazing.

not only were they not able to "order parts" for the jeep but they also scratched the interior where the gear shifter is. rude staff, unhelpful, guy was talking on his personal phone having a conversation while he was waiting to be helped. Go literally anywhere else

Was there for my 2023 Ram to be purchased back as a lemon. I made an earlier post of Goldy and the owner, however if you want lied to over and over this is your place. If you like buying a brand new truck and it not being disclosed that it was in an accident this is a good place.

Crazy expensive. Charged $140 for an oil change and filter. Waited in the lobby for 1.5 hours. Front service lady wasn’t helpful and rude. It’s the same experience every time we come. If you don’t have the oil changed with them, it breaks a warranty. This was one too many times with you Mr. Goldy. Shame on you guys for poor business

The service team went above and beyond to help diagnose my Jeep's issue. The initial repairs only took a few days and everytime I had questions or concerns, I was assisted with professionalism.

Went there after someone ripped the back of my passenger side mirror off. Bill was very helpful in ordering replacement and calling when it arrived. Scheduled install promptly and replaced. They went out of their way to help even though I don't think that they routinely do this type of repair.

Would recommend. The service From the whole team was amazing down to financial aid (Jonathan Blain), the sales team member (Patrick Plybon) and the sales manager (John Perry). They was available every time I called or texted them. And worked best with me to get things done.
