I’m amazed by how many good reviews this place has their overpriced and instead of fixing my problem they made it worse! Took it to another shop to find out they diagnosed my car wrong called him to explain they diagnosed my car wrong and his answer was people make mistakes.

Can't recommend this spot enough. Jeff came through and saved the day big time. I'm new to the city and unfortunately got myself in a bind. I called a few shops in the area and the estimates for the work I needed were STAGGERINGLY overpriced. Here's the thing, I've been in and worked in shops my whole life, I know what *we* change and what my price should have been. Good Karma was the only one that hit the mark and didn't try to gouge me on the price point. I can't say enough good things about my entire experience. Save yourself some stress, time AND money and just come here. You'll be in good hands.

Got my car inspected and all four tires replaced. Very reasonably priced compared to other places! This place is very reflexible with you, and everyone is soo nice! First car dealership that didn't screw me over and pretend things are wrong when other places said they weren't! I'll definitely be going back here for any car issues I have. Thank you soo much!

Left with more serious problems than i started with. Came in because my tire was losing air. It was near time for inspection as well. Chose a non profit because I was in school and a class offered extra credit to volunteer at a non profit. The owner Jeff said he started the garage so the women in his life could have a trust worthy mechanic to go to. Asked if I could volunteer to work on my car and learn something. He said yes. Offered to waive the labor fee which i declined as i had no idea what i was foing and needed a professional to guide and check over my work. I'm back in the shop and the employee does one side and told me to do the other side. We're replacing control arms. They ordered 4 tires I only needed 2, the back ones were basically new- no problem they kept the 2 extra and didn't charge me for them. They put the new tires on and I left. It was paid in full with no discount or anything like that, which was the agreement and fine. A week or two later I'm with a friend and they said it was making a weird noise when I backed up and should take it back. I take it back. The employee who worked on it immediately noticed the tire was loose when the car lifted in the air. My side was not done correctly and the employee laughed that it was the side I did. The axel boot was broken and the grease was all over the bottom of my car. I was given an estimate and nothing more. I felt very upset. They knew I didn't know what I was doing and was there for a learning experience. They apparently did not check over my work so it was my fault. I am not a confrontational person and did not say anything. A month later around New Years I had to get it off my chest and reached out to the owner. He apologized and said I could bring it in. At this time I was out of state due to hardship. A couple weeks after that I had to have the tires that were just replaced- replaced again. The tread in the middle was 1. The garage I went to said it was due to my car needing a wheel alignment asap. That was not something Good Karma told me I needed and I guess they did not do it when I took it in to them. I came back I'm the area and reached back out to the owner Jeff with what was going on. He said they'd look at it without charge. I take it in and they tell me I need a new axel, which we already knew, as well as a brake line. I asked Jeff if they'd be willing to help me with the axel since it was going to the shop that created that issue. He said too much time has passed and basically too bad too sad. When I asked for the past documentation on the car the conveniently did not have that my axel boot was cracked or whatever after I brought it back in post 2 weeks after it was inspected. I was told it was because they didn't do work on it for that.

They did an oil change for me back in Nov 2023. My car started acting up, showed Oil and EPC light. Went back to them to see what was going on. They told me coolant was leaking into my oil and that I needed a whole new engine. Went to someone else, turns out Good Karma put the wrong type of oil in my german car. Cost me hundreds of dollars, thanks guys...

As a disabled Veteran, it is very hard for me to work on my own cars even though I had my own shop. These guys are extremely helpful and not looking to take advantage of you! Their rates are very reasonable and they do not price gouge you like a lot of other shops that just are looking for your money not concon what else you may have to pay to get by! Good Karma Garage is looking out for the veterans and other people they serve!

What can i say about Good Karma Garage, well the name definitely fits... they have an awesome program and the owner Jeff kept us up to speed through the entire process from start to finish... high quality work and they don't beat around the bush our car went in today and work was complete in a few hours... highly recommend them!!!!

Oddly enough, I brought my car there to get my sparks plugs replaced... I didnt like their price so took my car back. I opened the hood and everything was loose! Hoses, screws, oil cap was not screwed down.....AND! My engine starting blinking AFTER they looked at it. So yeah, Good Karma thought they knew what they were doing to get me come back by almost damaging my motor. BUT NO DICE! Good Karma can't be trusted! Go some where else!

The Caucasian man at the desk is a liar, very disrespectful and short tempered. He told me several lies and then tried to charge me more than he quoted upon pick up. I found additional damage to my car after getting my keys back that he refused to acknowledge and only wanted to fight and dismiss me. This was the worst and most expensive mechanical experience that i have ever had and the worst i have ever been treated as a customer anywhere. I advise everyone to tell everyone to stay far from this place. He is the worst and is always there.

Left a voicemail for a quote. An employee called back reporting they did not listen to the VM. I requested a quote for the service which the employee stated he was not able to provide. Maybe if they listened to the VM they could’ve provided a price during the return call 😃 Waste of time and a phone call.
